Excellent service we ordered over £100 worth of bags and contents. The team were super responsive easy to contact with queries and they delivered to my door really quickly. The product is brilliant such good value for money! Will be using again for all our events!

Found on Google thought pre filled party bags were great spent 30 pound and over 5 pound extra for postage no items have arrived. Have to now spend extra elsewhere with limited time. Have emailed and emailed no reply shocking service.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! Ordered some prefilled Christmas party bags but unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver. Emailed Partybagsrus and got a very swift reply, from that point on, Anna has been the most helpful person I have ever met!!! Her customer service went beyond what I expected! Happy to say the party bags have now been delivered. Will definitely use again and 100% recommend

I ordered from this website 10 days before the party without checking reviews.
5 days before I had no news of my order and I wrote an email. I received an answer and after my second email even a phone call to inform me that the parcel was going to be sent the day after via FedEx. All arrived on time and it was well packed.
I liked the selection of products with items I could not easily find somewhere else (vegan candies, bubbles with the drawings I wanted).
So overall very happy.
I am just wondering if I would have received everything on time without follow up, but I must say that the answers were prompt and good customer service, on the contrary of what I read in many reviews.

I ordered a lot of pre filled party bags. I ordered weeks in advance... They never send items. No contact to confirm despatch.
Tried to contact multiple times but no response.
Very quick to take money but rubbish at everything..
all I can say is pure ignorance.
100% a scam.

Placed an order 5 weeks before party date, emailed company several times to enquire about my order with NO RESPONSE! Order was never received. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to be left disappointed.

Placed 2 orders (as I miss counted!) they ask at the checkout for an event date which I put in. None of my orders were dispatched yet so I ended up phoning twice re. delivery and when I could expect my items. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and more than helpful. She upgraded my delivery to next day delivery and packing my items together for both my orders. I really appreciated that, means I had the items in time for my lg party. Shame I had to go to these lengths to chase I wouldn't have received my items on time otherwise. I would order again just give myself more than 10+ days for items to arrive.

Placed an order for 30 party bag toys. After 5 days no confirmation or dispatch email. Over 8 days I sent 2 emails and messaged them on their Facebook page and got zero response.
Put in a claim with PayPal and got a full refund issued immediately. Stay clear of this company, they don't give a toss about customer service. Now I have less than a week to source my items elsewhere!

Shocking service from this company. DO NOT USE. Ordered in plenty of time for event but decided to pay for next day delivery just to make sure. However days after it was due to arrive I had to chase them up for a progress status. With no apology or recognition that I had paid for next day delivery they said they'd give a status report that evening. No they didn't. I then contacted them again the next day only to receive a text message saying they couldn't source the product. Not sure this company will survive in this present climate ... nor should they

GOOGLE IS A WONDERFUL THING, AS IT LED ME TO PARTYBAGSRUS. I'VE JUST BROUGHT 600 COLOURING BOOKS TO PUT INTO CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS LUCKY BAGS.
MY ORDER WAS HANDLED SWIFTLY, AND THE PRODUCTS ARE GOOD QUALITY & VALUE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and heard nothing. I contacted the company. NO RESPONSE! I contacted yet again and received an email apologising and assured me she would look into it. That was almost a week ago and I still have not heard.
Very very disappointed. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 8 days ago. The order has not been received and no communication. I emailed them to track order to be told it would be processed as soon as they could? So 8 days and not even processed or sent for delivery so the goods will not be here in time. Very very disappointing. Only order from here if allowing more than 2 weeks. I have requested a refund and yet to hear back.

The goods arrived very swiftly and the items were very good quality. I emailed them to ask a question and they replied promptly and even sent a further email to ensure I received my goods. I would definitely recommend this company

Ordered party bags and party bag fillers for my daughters 1st birthday and was happy with the delivery. Came in time before the day. Didn’t realise the bouncy balls were smaller than expected but that was my fault for not checking. Otherwise, good products and definitely recommend :)
