I ordered a GE Dishwasher Lower Rack…
I ordered a GE Dishwasher Lower Rack and Swb replacement using the my Model # to locate the part # on their website. Their information was apparently wrong because when I received the product it was too large & didn't fit the dishwasher.
No one ever answers their phone lines & their email response was they sent what I ordered. I sent photos along with my Model & Serial #. Their response was I could return the part at my expense & once received the part, "will refund the amount." I initially paid $62.33 for the part + $11.99 shipping.
To return the part it would cost $74.19 using UPS & over $100 using USPS. I asked that they pay the return postage so I could send it back for the credit.
I found the correct part by calling the GE Appliance website & they confirmed the part # was incorrect & updated. I ordered the correct part from them. No help from my credit card company.

This compamy stinks
Ordered 6-inch ge drip pans using their number and the picture of the item i wanted. When I received them they were completely different. They said that they sent what i ordered. When I sent them a letter with a picture taken directly off the website, they said they would correct it for others. As of this date 8-13-2023, this company has not gotten back to be at all as to how I can a refund. Quick to sell-too stupid to correct their mistakes. Will never use this pile of crap company again.

Time will tell or will it
Hello everyone,
I trusted Parts IPS and was at a point thinking I had got scammed. Eventually they returned my email, and stated my part was on backorder. I called so many times, and kept getting the run around. I will call you back, someone will call by end of day. This went on for over a week. They stopped answering my calls and I got other people to call using different numbers, it was the same result. The email was answered and I had a little hope. Finally an email came that said my part was in the mail. The part arrived and I was happy. I do not like the way they handle their customers. They do offer you to cancel, but then you would lose your shipping for me that cost just as much as the part and their is a restocking fee. So if you do cancel you would lose most if not all of the money you paid. That is sad. I don't recommend this company and I will not shop with them again. It is like rolling dice. I am disabled and can't afford to gamble with my money or sanity.

Do Not order from this company!! I placed an order at 11:30pm and called at 9am when they opened the next morning to cancel my order. They told me it could not be cancelled since it already shipped. No company ships items in 9 hrs! I asked for a tracking number for the shipment and they couldn’t give it to me. I had to email this company because the phone number on their site (that says please call, we are happy to help) does not even work! Had to file a dispute with my bank. I had a bad feeling about their website- should have read reviews- lesson learned!!
