Still not received. Tracking says not picked up.. what a joke

Ordered 10 days ago. Expected sooner after spending $30 on express shipping

On time, as described and fantastic comms.

Guys were great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Delivery was way faster than expected. Will diffently purchase from again.

This was the first time we have used Parts City Australia to supply our company aftermarket parts.
We were pleasantly surprised firstly of the quality of the part and secondly the time of delivery which was excellent. We will be using Parts City again when the need arises and would recommend them to all those looking for quality parts and great service.

it was fast and I chose the wrong part and CS superstar was quickly able to remedy, checking the part and using phone tech to ensure I could easily pay for the difference in the order.

Even after Shop and Auspost conspired to send me the incorrect tracking number - the owner of the site texted me with the image of the tracking details.

As for the light manufacturer making a decision to change the LED plug attachment on what is an identical tail light. Hmmm. Cue me needing to de trim the back of the car to install the new light! :)

This Company is crap. I got the 1 to 3 day delivery service and 6 days later still nothing and the courier service they use take 48 hrs to update the tr5acking service, when the courier finally updated they say it is still being packed by the sender. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times but still have not got any reply. Warning to all others do not buy from them.

Would not recommend parts ordered and paid for. Quoted 4 days delivery more than two weeks later still no delivery and no response to emails, phone calls and chatbot queries

Absolute disgusting quotes for transport. This rubbish establishment is profiting on postage. I got quoted $300.00 + a create for a door. COME ON! I get many deliveries from QLD This place is a RIP OFF. Ebay should investigate their ridiculous postage prices and take action. VERY DISAPOINTED. Will NEVER use again.
