Great experience. James was great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. It can be a little daunting buying a vehicle from 250mls away but the car is amazing and this has been the best BMW dealer I have dealt with.

My second online purchase of an approved used BMW, this time from Partridge, Eastleigh. Some trepidation’s but soon put at ease by Alex who handled the whole pre-purchase process with a calm professionalism, and
promptly answered all my questions with believable honesty. Lengthy walk around video was priceless.
Collection process went swiftly and smoothly handled by James who patiently guided me through the paperwork and some of the daunting newer car technology. Cannot fault my initial driving experience with my 73 plate, 2 Series, M Sport Coupe, 220i.
Will extend my BMW service package to include this car and hopefully look forward to another few years incident free motoring. Will strongly consider Partridge for future car purchases.

My husband and me have been searching for the right second car for ages, we knew we specifically wanted the Volvo XC40 and my husband found this particular model at Partridge BMW.

We firstly spoke to James to book the test drive, who couldn’t do enough to help us and has been amazing throughout the whole experience. He made it completely easy and we couldn’t have asked for better help with guiding us to pick our new car. Jason dealt with us with all of our financing and he was just as friendly and helpful. They have both been really attentive and answered any questions or worries we may have had. The whole experience has been absolutely seamless, the car is just what we were looking for, and we’ve driven it away today absolutely chuffed. Not only does it look beautiful it drives beautifully too! Thanks guys, I’m not sure could ever go anywhere else now.

Terible customer service,been waiting in reception for the past 30 mins and no one seems to aknowlege or update o what is happening with the vehicle i came to collect.Absolute shocking.

We found Izabela @ Partridge very helpful and the two BMW i4's arrived on time we were very happy with the service we have received throughout the ordering and delivering process - would use again

I located a Z4 M40i on the BMW UK website. I then contacted the Partridge dealership and spoke to Kevin. I explained that I was very interested in the car but would not be able to test drive it for several days due to work and personal commitments. I asked if there was any way that I could reserve the car for longer than the usual 24hrs. We worked out a solution that would involve sending a deposit of £1000 to hold the car. The following morning, before securing the reservation, I noticed on Partridge's website that the car was marked as reserved. I called Kevin to query this, and after checking with his manager, Kevin confirmed that the car was still for sale. After completing several forms, I then transferred £1000 to reserve the vehicle on the Friday morning, and agreed that I would test drive the car on Sunday afternoon. So far all was going to plan.
Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from the sales team manager to say that there had been a communication breakdown amongst the sales team and the car had already been sold.
I eventually received my deposit back on the Monday.
I am very disappointed at the lack of communication that led to this error, especially as I had made it quite clear right from the start of my intention to purchase subject to a test drive!

Contacted this dealership about a Mini for sale.
Jason Young contacted me, He answered my questions. I Told him the car sounded perfect!
When can I test drive, as I live 60 miles away, and purchase and drive the car away?
I was then told there was a problem with a part for the centre console, which was previously never mentioned in the extensive email correspondence. However it would be ordered and with them in 24 hrs.
I was told the Mot would Not be done till Friday, and the car was in their loading bay????
"24hrs later , I see the car has been removed from Auto trader .
I immediately contacted Jason, who only then informed me the car was now sold!
I am somewhat disappointed that Jason did not even give me the option of securing the vehicle, with ie deposit, or indeed inform me the car was sold!
It appears this company employ staff with absolutely NO integrity , good manners, or indeed good business sense!
An unhappy customer, who would advise others NOT to dealer with this company, as I have no intention of looking at any other of their vehicles now or in the future!

After last years disappointment of visiting this dealership, ( my local dealer ) a friend of mine asked if I would go with him to look at a car that they have in stock. I warned him that last year when I went to buy a car, nobody was interested and I took my money to Wood at Salisbury and they were very helpful and sold me a car.
Anyway, not to be put off I said they have probably changed now and got better.
How wrong I was.
We got to Partridge BMW today at lunchtime to look at an X3 that is advertised at £37,892. We spent a good 10 minutes looking around the car and then went in the showroom to speak to a salesperson. After 10 minutes of waiting, nobody even said hello to us, let alone asked if we needed help.
Looks like nothing has changed. And my friend is taking his £40,000 budget elsewhere.

I received an excellent service from the team at Partridge BMW. Of particular note was the support provided by Zdenek Kalok & Lucy Truscott. I would highly recommend.

I've been dealing with Patridge of Hampshire for my new 218i M Sport Grand coupe. Suraj who we were dealing with, was amazing and he made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Suraj was professional, knowledgable and incredibly efficient. He had everything ready for us. Its clear he values his customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need. First BMW, really good experience getting it delivered.

It’s an EV through my work from a fairly fiddly scheme. This meant I had to chop and change the delivery date a couple of times to fit the company rules.

Lucy helped with the delivery and was fantastic, really really helpful and walked me through the process.
