On December 10th Partridge BMW delivered our brand new car.
It was filthy on arrival as it was on an open transporter during grotty weather.
This in itself was not an issue, it does get pretty foul on the roads in the UK in December after all.
The problem this presented was that inspecting the car for damage accurately was limited by the car being heavily contaminated by road silt and slurry.
Two days after delivery I had a few minutes to wash the filth off the car and discovered damage to the front nearside wing. I immediately reported this to Partridge and the leasing company.
After apparently failing to acknowledge the complaint at all, on being chased, Partridge promptly refused to rectify the damage to the car.
I now have no choice but to enquire with the leasing company into rejection of the damaged car as I’m seriously unhappy with Partridge.
What a ridiculous situation to be in for the sake of a minor dent.

Work closely with Zdenek in regards to fleet orders and arranging demos, always delivers on time and with exceptional customer service!

Used Partridge a few times, no issues with car workmanship or prices etc the female service advisor whose name begins with S(no full name due to trust pilots policy) tells you when leaving about TWO surveys that may come through, first one is about her and to give 10s even though the questions seem about BMW and says a second review will come through for more detailed feedback on BMW and there is where put negative. The 2nd one doesn't exist and is solely so she can receive higher customer satisfaction scores (NPS). Really deceitful and ethically wrong in my opinion. Makes me concerned what else I have been mislead on. Just be aware if you have an issue you need bring it to attention and the survey is only one.

Feeling listened to. Great communication. Nothing too much trouble. Dealt with Jim, very knowledgeable and still have ongoing dialogue about my options. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

From ordering a new Car and the final delivery to Manchester the Service has been excellent from start to finish. Kept informed all through the process and never disappointed. Fast, efficient communicators, often going above and beyond to accommodate our sometimes changing requests, I can't speak highly enough about how easy they make our lives. A recent change in venue and date of a filming event was no problem for them and they sorted the issues and car provisions instantly. They have done this time and time again.

I completely forgot to leave a review after we bought a BMW i8 from Partridge in February 2025. It does mean I can review their car and service with the benefit of six months of use.

In short, the car has been great and covered 7,000 miles since we've had it. It's exceeded our expectations and has been a great daily driver.

We purchased the car from 400 miles away, hadn't seen it apart from photos and a video and only saw it upon collection. Everything was as described and it was a great drive home.

Alex Watts handled the sale from initial enquiry through to close. He was a pleasure to deal with, answered all questions with straight answers and volunteered information.

We'd have no hesitation in purchasing another car from Alex and Partridge even if it meant another 800 mile round-trip.
