Mails not being received & parsed for months.
Similar with a number of other users, I logged into the account after a while to set up some new automations (I don't login often because I would assume what's been set up should be running automatically), only to find that nothing has been working for the past 4-5 months!

The excuse that the team has been giving us is pathetic, as people who bought their original lifetime deal got put into the same ESP bucket as those who are on the free plan - so why did we have to pay again? especially when nothing is working?

It's not occasional when I have 0 email that went through for months.

Normally I would try to resolve with the team whenever possible, but this was the third time this happened to me since I started using the tool, and this time they didn't even bother to answer my messages.

Disgraceful. I would stay far and away from this team and any other products they create.

Edit: wow, I’m appalled by the response.
1. Whichever ESP you choose is simply not good enough when absolutely nothing gets through. I’ve tried setting up from multiple different emails, at different times.
2. I don’t use a free account. I paid $207 for a lifetime deal and was told that I would get “all future Parsio updates”. Anybody can search on Wayback Machine and find the deal terms back then. Now, not only did you guys gates us out of the updates, the accounts aren’t even working at all. You gladly took our money when you first started out and now claim that we’ve been using free.

3. The resolutions you provided was “ Hey there, thanks for reaching out.

It looks like you might trigger the anti-spam filters of the email service provider. If you have any auto-forwarding enabled, I would suggest disabling it for about 10 days to see if that helps resolve the issue.” Not a real resolution, but yes I’ve tried, and it didn’t work.

For the umpteenth time, it’s not a free tier and I’m astonished that you see it that way, from the audience that helped you launched.

Edit (yet again): please make sure you understand the definition of a lifetime deal - which is what you advertised when you happily took our money - before attempting to make it feel like we should feel grateful for being able to use the tool for 3 years. All the $ values you’re stating here was exactly what you used to sell us on Appsumo. It’s just a bait & switch scheme.

$30/mo is not a lot but I would rather pay double to another business than giving $1 to you guys. You can check my chat history again, I literally spelled it several suggestions out for you so we can pay you monthly but no, you’d rather block out all the new features (that you happily claimed during the LTD launch that we would have access to) outright.

I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November.

I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again.

I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan.

I find that shameful and disgraceful.

EDIT : Parsio just closed my paid account because of this review.

EDIT 2 : Contrary to what your response suggests, we are not free users, as we purchased a lifetime license for your software through AppSumo. You made the choice to classify us as free users within your software, which is precisely what caused the issue, rendering your software unusable by removing its core functionality.

EDIT 3: I now see many other AppSumo subscribers who have been scammed in the same way by your company, posting reviews on Trustpilot—reviews that you're actively trying to remove. You willingly offered a lifetime deal on AppSumo, and now you must honor the contract with the companies that subscribed to your service, even if it means they save money. That’s exactly what a lifetime deal is: rewarding early adopters with lifetime access because they were the first to trust your service.

Shutting down paid accounts, as you did with ours and many others, is nothing short of a scam. You are a fraudulent company, and we are now in discussions with AppSumo regarding your deceptive practices.

05/02/2025: I don't know if I will be a client or not, I understand that I cannot ask them for anything, since I do not deserve an unpaid service.

But I think it is insufficient and is not informed of the limits of trial. Yes, they have informed me here. So I can't rate the service they offer, but I can rate the Trial version.

What does not seem correct to me is that they report this opinion for defamation, for incorrect domain or for having personal data. They have my account, which is the same as Google in their systems, a simple email fixes things.

This is a place to give your opinion. My first impression after using their trial service to test the service is bad. What are we going to do to him? I haven't been able to test.

I think I need to appreciate them now, as they replied to my previous negative review and arranged a refund for the GPT Parser subscription. Though it's not a full refund still, I am happy that I got one.

Context:
I bought their subscription for my client's project. But the project got cancelled, and this subscription was of no use for me. So, I wanted to get a refund for my amount.

Great website with variety of products and easy to use interface and also love the blogs.

Paid $120 on Appsumo for 2 codes, missed the deadline by 2 weeks and they refused to honor the deal. Left with a burn of $120 and no refund. :-/ Hope karma punishes them for the unethical behavior

You can do this to organize a lot of incoming data, like bank statements, investment, real state, etc... in an extremely easy manner. You just create a mailbox (one for each use case) then send there the emails that are repetitive where you need to extract data from, and once you've setup templates you an export all the data to Google sheets (or anywhere else) with extreme ease.

So far it's been great, we are mending our accounting and we are using parsio to enrich our accounting data with the emails we receive from the bank from each transaction, and will definitely keep using this (even for personal use)

Sehr gute Software. Ich bin kein Informatik-Genie, aber hab mich leicht getan und das ganze innerhalb weniger Stunden aufsetzen können. Ermöglicht es viel Zeit zu sparen, in dem es die wichtigsten Informationen aus eingehenden Emails erkennt und kanalisiert (Google Sheets, Zapier, Webhooks). Das Erstellen von komplexeren Templates war nicht ganz leicht, wurde dann aber von dem sehr schnellen und effizienten Support unterstützt. Empfehlenswert für alle die viele Mails bekommen, die ähnlich aufgebaut sind! 5 Sterne.

I found Parsio.io on Appsumo. It was exactly what I needed and the price was right so I bought. I have been SO GLAD I did! I have email leads (I'm in sales) that come with a ton of data that i've been wanting to move into a spreadsheet but to do the work manually would just be too much. Parsio.io made it *very* simple to identify the data in each email and then move it directly into a Google sheet. The one problem I ran into was my own fault and Andrew from Parsio.io figured it out right away. This is a great investment - buy!

I have had Parsio for roughly a week and it's easy to use. I am only using it for a simple use-case but so far I am impressed. Once I am using Parsio to it's full potential it will save me hours of time!

If you use Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, Konnectzit, Pabbly Connect, SyncSpider and often need to parse incoming emails and PDF attachments, Parsio is really what you need. I'm receiving dozens of client invoices every day so it's super helpful to be able to parse all the data from them and have them in an Excel sheet. The interface is really intuitive, everything is super easy and quick. An amazing solution for everyone who is into business automation. Excited to see how it develops!

Parsio is the best email parser in the market.
I've tried a few and this one is by far the most user-friendly and efficient. It has a great customer service team and it's easy to get in touch with them through email or chat. Parsio has always done a phenomenal job parsing files like PDFs, DOCs, and all other types of attachments. I don't know what I would do without it
