Fantastic harness. Ordered XL for female Staffy 24kg. Has adjustable straps front and around her waist. I got the combo: harness lead and poo bag. and it looks and feels excellent quality and customer service was the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in years! I had a question regarding sizing and Mary was super helpful and very quick to reply. Very happy indeed.

Not recieved after 15 days no way of contacting them now looking like its a scam looking at other reviews over £30 down the pan annoying to say the least

Harness and lead took two weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait. The two previous harnesses I have had for my Labrador just did not fit well. The problem was that to make them large enough to go over his head, the front was very loose and baggy. That problem does not arise with this harness as the design is different and chest fitting is not related to head size. It came with an elasticated lead which also has a much better design than our previous one. The problem with the one we had was that the elastic part extended to the ring that attached to the harness or collar meaning you could not have full control if the need arose. The 8 or 9 inches on the end that you connect to the harness on this lead is not elasticated and is like the end you hold meaning you can get full control if necessary. Both harness and lead are sturdy and well made too.

I’m afraid after reading some of the reviews on here I am having the same issue as a lot of people, I ordered a harness and lead on the 6th of June received an email saying it was being prepared and since that nothing tried to track it and told no information available, really disappointed at the moment I don’t think I will ever order from here again,

Took 12 days to arrive and I started to think this was a scam. I emailing paropet support who email back within 30 minutes. Received order 2 days later. As for the Harness, I have a 2 year old mix breed( springer, GSP and labradora) pulls like crazy. I have tried so many different harnesses and head collars , trianing classes and nothing worked. The Paropet harness and lead worked STRAIGHT away. He tried to run off and the lead did what its ment to do, it was the most pleasant walk I've ever had with my Dog. Would highly recommend

I received the harness fairly quickly, and it works! My dog loves to pull us all over the place and we have tried most. The harness and lead are of good quality and the price was fair. Definitely worth a try.
I had no issues with comms or delivery.

Fantastic harness am now able to enjoy walking our Border Collie!
Free bungee lead also excellent!
Ignore initial delivery emails they do look weird and goods arrive quickly!
So pleased we went on to order a matching collar.

I'm afraid I have been scammed by ParoPet.
Ordered a harness on June 7th, and received acknowledgement.
Got an email saying dispatched on 7th June, then shipped on 10th of June.
Clicking on 'track parcel' takes me to a link, and just says A tracking error has occurred.
Looks like I may never receive the harness, but living in hope!
Edit. Arrived now, so far so good!

Complete scam as I’ve been waiting for this for 3 weeks and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I really wish I read the reviews on here before ordering… especially as I have experience exactly the same.

I placed an order on 6th June. 2 days later on the 8th June I received an email from ParoPet and Evri today notify me that the items had been dispatched. We are now a week on from “dispatch” and Evri has still not received the package. I emailed a few days ago and the infamous “Mary” responded saying there were delays due to high demand, but if that’s the case why was is dispatched?! Just a web of lies. I’ve emailed again since and they have now stopped responding.

They may seem like they have great deals but that’s just to suck you in and take your money. DON’T bother ordering from ParoPet.

Happy with the harness was getting worried when delivery took 11 days but they were prompt answering my e-mails and putting my mind at rest

I am worried I have been scammed. I ordered 15 days ago with an update to say that its on its way on 3rd June. Evri have confirmed this morning on 11th June that my order is still with Paropet and they have not recieved this yet.

The ParoPet harness is an absolute game changer for my young cocker spaniel! Far from being something I dreaded because of the constant pulling, despite hours and hours of training,my dog would still pull at a moments notice almost pulling my arm out of the socket on our walks! We have had the harness for only two days and she is totally different on our walks with the harness on! I can’t wait for our next walk! Thank you parapet! About to order a second harness!!!

I am truly grateful for the rapid response of this company . I had an issue with a harness it was dealt with professionally & respectfully.
The concern for my dogs welfare was very apparent from the first email.

Purchased a harness that broke after 2 uses, I contacted paropet and was told they would send me a refund which I agreed to. Since then I have heard nothing and not received a refund after emailing multiple times asking if this has been issued. Would never use this company again

Great! It fits well and is really good in terms of no pulling especially the bungee.

I have had a good experience from Paropet, excellent customer service, when I had a question, when the harness arrived, my dog was happy wearing it, would definitely use Paropet again,and would recommend to friends.

The harness and FREE lead arrived in good time and its absolutely brilliant! I have a new, very large German Shepherd who pulled like mad and I couldnt walk him on my own. Ive used this today and walked 2 large dogs alone! Its an absolute game changer! I don't know why people are moaning about delivery time when it clearly states up to 10 WORKING days! Mine arrived within a week. Very pleased

Great item. Looks good, arrived in good time. I emailed an enquiry to customer service and had a response within hours even on the weekend. The harness works as advertised. Me and Mabel had a wonderful stress free walk today. Would recommend.
