⭐ **1 star – Absolutely appalling service**

From start to finish, using **Park Terminal Heathrow** was an absolute nightmare and one of the worst meet & greet experiences we’ve ever had

When dropping the car off, we followed their instructions and gave the required 30–45 minutes’ notice, Despite this, we were left waiting at the meeting point for over an hour.

Before they even turned up, we were told to simply park our car and leave the key on the back wheel because they were running late and would find the car themselves. I honestly couldn’t believe we were being asked to do this. Leaving your car and keys in this way is completely unacceptable and certainly did not give us any confidence that our vehicle was being handled safely or securely.

To make matters worse, we were then expected to pay the car park ticket ourselves, which obviously continues increasing the longer you are left waiting.

Unfortunately, the return journey was even worse.

As instructed, we called as soon as we landed and went to the meeting point. We were told the car would be with us within around 30 minutes, which was reasonable given the time it took us to get through the airport.

After 45 minutes of waiting, we called again and were told, Sorry, he’ll be there in 10 minutes.

Another hour passed

We called again and were then told there was a road closure causing a delay. At this point, we had already been waiting around 1 hour 30 minutes.

We were then told to call another number to find out where the driver was. When we called, there were two men speaking in another language and laughing in the background, which was incredibly unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse.

We waited another **15 minutes**, taking the total waiting time to around **1 hour 45 minutes**, and still had no car.

We called again and were told it would be **another 20 minutes**

In total, we waited **just over TWO HOURS** to get our car back.

This is simply not acceptable for a meet & greet service. The whole point of paying for this type of service is convenience, reliability and peace of mind, We experienced none of those things!

❌ Constantly having to chase them for updates
❌ Poor communication
❌ Extremely unprofessional customer service

Absolutely appalling service. We would not recommend Park Terminal Heathrow to anyone and will definitely never use them again.

Notified them I needed to collect my car earlier than teh original booking. Arrived at the airport and rang to arrange vehicle collection. Waited over 1 hour for the vehicle. Ended up cancelling my travel plans and got home at 1am in the morning.

Appalling customer service. Totally unprofessional. Long wait dropping g off and connecting car. Had to get a bus to some long stay car park. I asked what bus to catch and where to disembark and the customer service staff literally shouted at me down the phones. Horrific experience. I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received. Totally unprofessional. Inconvenient and rude

Called on arrival no answer for 45 minutes. Finally got through to somebody who was on holiday at the time who said they’d sort it didn’t hear anything for another 30 minutes. Collected my bags got to the arrivals area called again finally got through and was told 30 to 40 minute wait

This company is trashed. Don’t use them.

Awful. Stole money and damaged my car. Stay away!!!

This is a 3rd Party company. I unwittingly booked them. They were 1/2 late collecting my car and 2 hours late returning it to me.
My flight was delayed an hour, I was told I had to pay another £20 because of the delay.
I was lied to consistently about traffic problems. DO NOT use this company.
Use a company affiliated with the airport.

Late to collect our car on arrival, late to return our car and made up time on collection.

I had an appalling experience with this company recently, waiting for an hour and a half for my car at terminal 5 after contacting them on landing. Totally unprofessional and pathetic. No communication, explanation or apology. See my letter to them below. Says it all.

SPEED MEET AND GREET LTD

I want to tell you that I was extremely dissatisfied with the awful service I received from your company on Sunday night. (June 21)

Having landed late at 10:35 pm I was in immediate contact with your staff. Not unreasonably I expected my car to be ready by about 11pm when I reached Level 4 at the pick up point.

I then had to wait another full hour -- until 12 midnight before your driver appeared with my car. I called him again and again to find out what was happening. Normally he didn't answer and when he did he had pathetic some excuse about traffic (at that time of night?) and saying "I'll be then in 10 minutes or so" which was never true. I was exhausted and furious.

This service was completely unnacceptable and unprofessional. Where do you to park the cars? Birmingham? I also noticed my car covered in bird shit.

I can assure you I will never use your company again and will make sure none of my friends do.

I want to hear what you have to say about this matter. Are you going to consider a refund of my large fee for your disastrous service?

Called as instructed one hour before we arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5.

Operator answered the phone with, "Hello."

Not the best start.

I'd suggest your company provide basic training in answering phone. I'd suggest the following welcoming response.

"Good morning, thank you for calling Park Terminal Heathrow, my names Bob, how can I help?"

I'd also suggest your staff are at least out of bed and ready to respond.

First chap i spoke to was OK, the girl i spoke to sounded like she was still in bed, with hardly any information to give and put the phone down.

We tried to call back but the call was never answered.

We were told driver would be with us in 10 to 12 minutes, after forty minutes with limited information, we had to assume the driver wasn't coming.

We had to then book with another firm at the cost of £180

Avoid the company.

Terrible communication, shocking customer service.

As a note, we arrived at 0350, ten mins early, drivers start collecting at 0400, when we called before leaving home, operator said driver will meet us at 0400. Driver called us at 0440 to say he arrived.

Disgraceful.
