Useless house insurance
My park home has been insured with Parksure for a few years now or so I thought. This year with all the torrential rain we suddenly had a leak in the hallway so I rang Parksure only to be told the roof wasn't insured! Whaaat?!!! What good is house insurance if the roof is not covered? That is surely the main source of problems with houses not the walls or windows. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Thank you for your feedback. As far as I can tell we don't have any claims for anyone with the initials DB; so it may be that you are with a different Insurer! It does happen. We are Parksure Insurance Limited.

We can’t address the matter of the claim unless we know the full details. Roofs are of course covered but damage to the roof may not be covered unless it’s by an insured peril, (storm or damage from a tree falling, for example). If the roof has just perished due to old age or wear and tear; then NO INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD COVER IT. They would cover the damage caused by the water leak/ingress but not repairs to the roof as it would be classed as general maintenance, which falls upon the owner of the roof to repair. Bit like tyres on your car wearing out.
We trust that answers any questions you may have but as mentioned initially we cannot trace anyone having a claim with the initials DB so its likely you have confused us with another Insurer. Please get in touch if this is not the case.

Insured my home today with Parksure
Insured my home today with Parksure. They were good to their word in calling back. (A rare thing nowadays) No press this number for that, this number for something else! We had a technical issue, but the lady was very patient. Had to call back, and again spoke straight to a person, who were also equally helpful.So far so good.

Great and helpful Insurance Provider
Had our Parkhome Insurance with Parksure for a number of years (touch wood we have not needed to claim). Renewal documents are always sent well in advance and easy to understand. Premiums are competative.
If we ever phone up with a query staff are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good, everything has been positive and would recommend them.

Excellent Knowledgeable Service
I have had my holiday home insurance with Parksure for last 13 years. I have always found the service, knowledge and attention to my needs excellent. In this 'digital' age where we are often directed to 'www...etc..', or 'press ? for this etc.' it is really refreshing to talk to Barb and the team.
I had a look at others this year for the first time, my advice, don't bother, no one comes close to the personal service received from Parksure.

Service…
The service I received on enquiring about a quote for our parkhome was excellent. Emails were answered very quickly. They also showed extreme patience with all my questions. The lady on the phone was also excellent. A good experience so far.

Holiday Lodge Insurance

Last year we took out our new insurance…
Last year we took out our new insurance and had excellent service. We needed to make a claim mid year and it was all handled quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and I believe they do car insurance so that’s our next research.
