Easy website to book airport parking…
Easy website to book airport parking reservations. I appreciate the AARP discount as well. I chose this parking lot based upon the great customer reviews. Hopefully I can add to those reviews after my parking experience.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I used to use Park Ride Fly monthly. It's been a couple of years since I have traveled. I could not sign into my account - my email was recognized, but my password wouldn't work and I did NOT get a reset link, even when I tried several times over a number of days. No luck. I called. No one is answering phones, the directions were to email, so I did and received a same-day response with a link to access my account. I reserved my parking on my phone but did NOT receive a confirmation email, so had to download the pdf and then email it to myself to print off from the computer to have the info to give when we park. I haved always loved this company and am frustrated that it was so difficult to book.

Our LGA go to
Park here whenever we travel out of LGA. Never have an issue, nice customer service, van to airport on demand. Sometimes a small wait but never anything too long. Close to airport. Reservations a must.

Don't like customer service
1. Can't speak directly with customer service. Can only email
2. Sign not big enough at the Hampton Inn Facility. We had to drive around twice to find it.
3. Did not credit me 2 days of parking. I had to come back from vacation early because emergency at home
