Simple secure fast and convenient

Some how there are small voids between lettings.Keep client informed on regular basis as to letting process.

The worst parking company you can ever deal with.
They took my money and the space wasnot available. When I called the customer service she said space is not available and I have to find another place.2days later they send email saying the space is now available so we are not sending you your refund.
Very poor communication and mismanagement.

I recently stumbled upon a fantastic way to park my car in the busy city centre of Leicester! Efficient, seamless association. Slightly expensive

It’s a well run company the person who is using my drive has a small car that only needs it at weekends so good for me. The only negative I have is the high charge when a person first starts which would matter if they leave after a couple of months but it looks like the person is staying.

They take my money and I didn't use the spas Aliy.........

It's very easy and straightforward. The only option I'd add is once the letting time is ongoing there is a dedicated chat incase the renter and the landlord need to communicate

The booking process was seamless – I had a confirmation, a space, and high hopes. Fast-forward to my arrival in central London, perfectly on time, only to discover… someone else had beaten me to my paid-for space. How thoughtful of them!

Naturally, I thought, “Perhaps I’ve made a mistake?” But no – double-checked, triple-checked. I was in the right place; someone else just fancied my spot.

I rang ParkLet, who cheerfully told me to send in a photo of the offending car while they contacted the space owner. Fifteen minutes later, nothing. I called again – the space owner was now uncontactable. Translation: I’m stranded in central London with nowhere to park, and my ‘booking’ is more like a ticket to the world’s most frustrating scavenger hunt.

Thankfully, Q-Park just around the corner were able to help me out immediately – and at pretty much the same price – which makes you wonder why I bothered with ParkLet in the first place.

So, if you’re looking for a guaranteed space, perhaps consider… literally any other option. If, however, you enjoy stress, wasted time, and the adrenaline rush of a parking lottery, ParkLet has you covered.

It is a very good experience when u got empty parking space.

Awful service. Not enough information when getting bookings and can’t cancel. Money takes ages to come out too. AVOID
