Highly recommend this dealership! Fedz was amazing! He found me a great deal on finance, which was better than I had originally thought. He looked after me from start to finish and no pushy pressure used. I will be returning for my next car. Thanks Fedz!

Super friendly atmosphere. No heavy sale techniques. Just a well-informed slick operation and all the cars look immaculate. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Found my ideal first car on the website and got in touch with Ash who was super quick and sent over a detailed video of my car as i was buying remotely. Got my car delivered super quick and everything was smooth and professional. Car drives great and is exactly as described, super pleased with how good the cars condition is for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Can’t speak highly enough of Fedz and the whole experience of buying a car remotely from Parkland. He was so thorough making sure I was completely happy with every aspect before I drove away back to Newcastle with my new car. I’m so happy with it as it’s a real bargain. Thank you to the rest of the team aswell as everyone I spoke to while I was there was spot on! 😊

I had been searching for a car for months from a dealership with good reviews so I chose a Volvo v40 at parkland motors and I couldn’t be happier . The service all round was a great experience Fedz was great at reassuring me . The car is beautiful and a pleasure to drive .

Brought a beautiful Audi Q2 from them.
Customer service was great and car was exactly how described to me. Would highly recommend

From the the 1st call to enquire about my car to driving off the whole experience was great. Ash was superb nothing was to much trouble and the car is as advertised

Excellent garage and a professional, knowledgeable and approachable team. I was served by Fedz, who made the whole process of buying and part exchanging my car quick and simple. Nothing was too much of an issue and he went above and beyond. I'm also over the moon with my new car!

Fantastic place to buy cars! Great staff that can't do enough for you!

I live in Devon, so am limited in choice of cars for sale. I saw a car I really liked at Parkland Motors. Fedz was very helpful at video recording it for me, showing any little scratches or dinks and engine up close, at eight years old I wasn't expecting brand new, but it looked really nice. I had it delivered at my place of work, and I was really happy with inside and bodywork, even better than expected. They took my car in part exchange no problem. Unfortunately when I was driving the car home it developed quite a bad vibration. Sadly I decided I would have to send it back. Fedz was now on leave, so I was dealing with Ash, who said I could take it to my garage and they would cover the cost of repair, or they would pick it up, fix it and drop it to me back home. I was very tempted as it was just the car I wanted, but decided I didn't want a car that started out faulty. Ash was very understanding. I have to say that Fedz and Ash were always available on the phone or phoned me back as promised, which meant a great deal to me, can't fault their service. Having got all my money back, if they had another suitable car that fitted the bill I would have bought it. Unfortunately they have nothing suitable at the moment, so I'm still looking.

Exceptional Service at Parkland Motors - Highly Recommended!

I recently purchased a Renault Captur from Parkland Motors, and I must say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The staff at Parkland Motors demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. From helping me choose the perfect Renault Captur to providing detailed information about the vehicle's features, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The end result exceeded my expectations, and I am delighted with my new Renault Captur. The quality of service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set Parkland Motors apart.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their dedication and excellent service. If you're in search of a reliable and customer-focused dealership, I wholeheartedly recommend Parkland Motors. They have earned my trust, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Thank you, Parkland Motors, for making my car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. I am a proud and satisfied customer.

Car came delivered recently and was in immaculate condition not a single fault. Handover was smooth as ever. Cheers again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
