I have been using Meet & Greet at Heathrow for a long time, but my recent experience was unacceptable and has completely changed my view of this company.
Despite calling 20 minutes before pickup, I still had to wait 25 minutes for my car to be collected. On our return, we phoned them as soon as we collected our luggage, but the person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful.
It took over an hour and several phone calls before my car was finally returned. After years of using this service with different companies, this level of delay and poor customer service is simply not acceptable.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Very disappointed - will never use again
Very disappointed, we rang half an hour before we arrived as instructed, however because the parking doesn't open until 4am there was no answer. We rang again at 4am and then had to wait 40mins. before someone arrived, this made us late for check in. Because they took so long to arrive, we ended up having to pay £11:50 parking. On return, I rang as soon as we arrived but was told to ring again after we had picked up our luggage. I did this and continued to Level 4 car park. We then had to wait another 30mins. Our car had obviously been parked under trees as there was a considerable amount of bird dirt on the car. We had left some small change probably around £3, in our car to purchase some milk on our return - it had GONE! They may be cheap in comparison to other companies, but I would not recommend them and would never use them again!

I booked their "meet and greet" service and deeply regret it. When they returned my car, it had a massive scratch across the entire vehicle, clearly done deliberately, most likely with a key. The driver who dropped the car off handed me the key and literally ran away immediately – very suspicious behaviour.
When I tried to call the company, the person on the phone simply hung up on me. I found another number online and was told to email them pictures of the damage. I did this straight away – but of course, there was no response at all.
From what I’ve now learned, this company does not park cars securely. Instead, they dump vehicles all over random residential streets, often blocking people’s driveways. It’s no wonder angry residents damage the cars. Your vehicle could easily be scratched, smashed, or even stolen in their so-called "care."
The only reason they get bookings is because they spend money on SEO, so they appear high up in Google searches. Their prices might look like the cheapest option, but ask yourself: is it really cheap when you end up with huge repair bills for the damage they cause?
Please avoid this company at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Scam, scam, scam!

DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. I paid for 8 days parking. After 6 days I looked at my car app to see if my car had moved. I then found it had been parked up in a random street in Feltham, not in a secure compound. I emailed the complaints department and it was moved within the next hour. They then told me it was in a compound all along. They just kept lying to me and refused to do anything about my it. Again do not use unless your not bothered where your car will end up.These also go by the name express parking Heathrow, they are the same company
The reason for a 2* rating
The reason for a 2* rating, is the fact the car was parked under a tree or bushes, where my complete car roof was covered with dropping and tree sap, which is like glue, I have had to pay £160 to get a professional detailer to remove the sap, wet sand the roof and polish back to perfection.

If there was a zero rating, that would be fitting for this company. I wish I had read the reviews here before booking them but please be warned, Everyone! Avoid at all costs. They are a complete scam.
The gentleman who was meant to meet me came and greeted me with "get out of the car quickly as I have other things to do". I was utterly taken aback by the rudeness and impoliteness of this person. I asked for his name, and he said his name was 'Sam Cummings' - I figured he was giving me a false name but I'll leave that for now. His back is turned in an image of the scene that I'll keep for now, but the company will know who this incredibly rude man is.
The worst of it all was that he then decided to leave me at the car park and refused to pick up the car, driving away instead and endangering my ability to join my flight.
I immediately called their service at the complaints number 07495369454 only for the lady at the end of the phone to say to me that the driver complained immediately that I was rude to him. So clearly, the rot and criminality of this organisation runs through and through it. I was left stranded and had to book another service which came to my car and offered an excellent service - showing me that they are not all the same - there are good services out there, so no one should ever again be suckered into patronising these cowboys Parking Panda!
Clearly, this has all been a disaster and I am now expecting full and urgent redress and a full refund of my money from Parking Panda. I am not very hopeful based on what I have experienced so far but I will not let them off the hook. I will return here to update my review based on what they do.
Damaged vehicle and 1hr return wait!

Should you decide to leave your car in their hands ensure you take extensive photos prior to leaving it. Also, took 1hr after calling before vehicle appeared in car park! Not acceptable on both counts.

However, they disabled my dashcam and partly removed the sim card as well as unplugging the charging lead from my car phone holder, both of which seems very suspicious to me, hence the low scoring review. They have no right to touch my personal stuff, just to drive and park the car.
You get what you pay for
Low cost. (Even with the additional car park charges you have to pay - which are not hidden, they are quite clear, and like many of the other parking services)
But slow service on return - 40 minutes to deliver the car back (and I know from my car that it took about 10 minutes to get to me). I waited about 15 minutes for them to pick up when I dropped off, despite giving the requested 30 minutes notice.

Like all other reviews have said. Paying the cheap price isn't worth it. We had to wait almost an hour and a half for our car. They had no idea what was happening every time I rang them
Dirty damaged car
Dirty car. They were very late in bringing my car. Had 20 miles knocked on the clock saying that they had to park in a parking plot. The side of my new car had a deep scratch to the body of the car. They keep on asking me for a wide angle before and after photo of my car at the terminal. Who would stop at the terminal to take the photo of your car at every angle. They did not wanted to check the camera of the short stay car park or the plot where they parked. They refused to take liability.
Do not use them.
Hidden costs (£15) and sketchy service
Hidden costs and sketchy service. Think I was lucky judging by other reviews but would not use again. There is no desk on site. Took quite a while for someone to come and pick up. Then had to pay £7.50 short stay parking charge. On return car came reasonably quickly. Waited about 25 mins from calling. Guy who dropped it off said nothing to me and hurried off. No checks that it was my car etc. Then I had to pay £7.50 again.
Also can’t find a usb charging cable that was in the car.
Absolutely DO NOT use
Would rate less than 1 if an option. Staff were rude when they were late (over 30 mins for pick up and drop off), no apology despite travelling with two small children.

Rude, impolite staff and terrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be collected, then was told we had to buy a parking ticket so he could exit the car park. Upon our arrival, I was told our car would not be returned for 30 minutes. When I complained, the woman on the other end of the phone simply hung up on me and when our car finally turned up, the driver got out and just walked off without saying a word to us AND we had to purchase another parking ticket so we could exit the car park. Bunch of unprofessional cowboys. DO NOT USE!!
Terrible service
I have to agree with all the bad views and would love to hear an explanation from Mobil Airport Parking on how they achieve the highest review score on their website as it’s utter rubbish. On arrival back to Heathrow after a two day delay due to the fire which closed the airport were expecting a charge for the extra 2 days and were more than happy as per our paper work we were advised payment would be needed when we picked up our car. I rang the mobile and a guy answered and during our conversation he demanded the payment before releasing the car and became quite rude and raiding his voice. I had no choice to pay. I asked for a receipt but he was unable to do this and said he would advise his manager the flowing day and it would be sent to my email. Three weeks later and several messages left I am still waiting and have given up. Check Trustpilot before booking.
They are crooks
They are crooks. I wanted to cancel my booking after having read the reviews. Initially I sent an email they wouldn't respond. Then I called and picked up once and the guy said that he would refer to the office. After this he would not answer my call. They wouldn't refund my money. Finally I had to contact my bank to claim my money.

TERRIBLE!! If I could do 0 stars I would!! Hidden charges £7.50 to drop car off and another £7.50 when you collect the car. The staff are very rude and barely speak any English. We waited over an hour for our car to be returned after calling them he kept calling saying 6-7 minutes and then again saying the same thing. When he eventually dropped the car off to us he just opened the door and walked away leaving the keys in the engine. When we said we wanted to complain all he said was “speak to office” and walked away. Our car had more than half a tank of fuel when we left and returned to less than a quarter of a tank. All our radio stations had been changed too! Not happy at all. DO NOT USE!!!!!
