The parking was great, getting there was a nightmare
The parking was great, however getting to the parking garage was nothing less than a nightmare. We came in the only direction known and was unable to make a left hand turn into the parking lot. We were instructed multiple times we had to go make a U-turn, however every time we got to the place we were told to make a U-turn it was blocked off and we were told to go further down the line. It took more than an hour after we first passed the parking garage before we were able to pull in. Once inside it was great, right next to the stadium with easy access. It would have been nice to have better instructions on the best way and time to enter the garage to avoid the problems we did.

Last minute refund, ruined the vibes
Literslly so bad refunded me morning of event i didnt even have time to make other accommodations . And no reason behind the refund caused us all so much anxiety

Don’t waste hours of your life trying to enjoy Chicago….it sucks
Parking spot was easy to purchase and easy to find, but with Chicago traffic it was impossible to actually get into. Roads were blocked, cones were up, people were directing traffic away from the parking structure. After driving an extra half mile (which took 20 minutes) I finally pulled an illegal u-turn so I could actually get into the structure. Had we left the concert when it actually ended it prob would have taken an hour to just get out of the structure. Nothing in Chicago is worth wasting your life sitting in Chicago traffic.

The website was experiencing issues so I contacted customer support. The individual sent me a link that I was able to use to purchase my reservation without any issues. He told me step by step how to use the link and complete my purchase. Issues happen- having people who quickly help you get them resolved is what makes the difference.
