Love this garage
Great alternate parking for the Denver Arts Center evenings and weekends. Always an easy in and out, and with the money you save you can have a drink at the Rock Bottom and save even more $$ with a parking validation.

The entrance to the parking garage was…
The entrance to the parking garage was closed due to road construction. There was no notation of an alternate entry so I wasn't even able to get into the garage to use the service. You should be up to date on what's going on at the various garages that you support.

Acces to the parking garage is closed going north on Curtis Street
The parking garage is great once you are in it but right now with the construction on the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver the access on Curtis going north is blocked so you must access the garage by going down 17th Street east and driving the wrong way on Curtis going south. This might be temporary...just a FYI.

I could not find the parking area. Sent a request for a refund and never got a response back from customer service.

The app doesn’t always work well with…
The app doesn’t always work well with my employer discount code. The main thing that’s super frustrating is that the app defaults to an exit time that is 1 1/2 hours after the entrance time and if you forget to change it the garage wants to charge another fee to exit. Like I’m already getting a discounted rate that’s good for unlimited hours and if I haven’t left the garage it should just be a one rate. It’s just tedious in the early morning hours.

The website that I have been using…
The website that I have been using regularly to get my prepaid ticket to park stopped working.
It has been problematic for others for some time now and we were given another website to try and use. That one was also problematic but I finally got it to work.

I could not find where to enter the…
I could not find where to enter the parking spot, so I ended up losing my money. The construction downtown Denver was probably a contributing factor too.
