I gave 3 stars because I was charged twice and I had to dispute it through my bank (inconvenient) to get my money back because the app was not letting me upload a picture to dispute it. So really it was an app issue that prevented me from requesting my refund from them. It also didn't populate a confirmation# after I pressed submit for me to know it went through correctly, nor did it send an confirmation email. I had to create an account with them, log in and see that I had two confirmation#'s. I also checked my bank account to confirm I was charged twice. I also gave 3 stars because at least my car was there when I came back and not broken into.

This company asked for too many irrelevant personal details when trying to simply pay for parking. Not everything needs its own account. This company is likely selling the information it collects.

Visiting from Oklahoma
I was visiting from Oklahoma, went to go eat couldn’t find parking. I came across the parking area and it was very convenient.

Using the app.
The app does not register the day of the week. On Saturday, I was charged The weekday rate. I did not see that there was a weekend rate until I was exiting the lot heading to my destination period. Granted It was only a $1 differences however, if I were to park longer It would have been significantly more. Fix the app so it doesn't happen to someone else..
Other than that, the lot was clean and vehicles are visible from a distance.

No Apple pay and cost higher than displayed
- App does not support Apple pay

- Could not extend parking when it was near expiry

The vehicle was parked in the hash…
The vehicle was parked in the hash marks of the handicap parking spot. The app does not allow me to insert that option. And it was not a handicapped vehicle.
