Poppy and Darren were assigned as my supervisors towards the IVA. They were both brilliant. Answered any questions I had and put me at ease straight away. They always got back to me quickly via WhatsApp too and explained things clearly.
I never thought I'd ever be in this position financially but due to circumstances out of my control I found myself struggling. I was so stressed and worried all the time. I felt ashamed of the situation I'd gotten into but dealing with Poppy and Darren, I never once felt judged.
Today my IVA was approved and for the first time in months a weight has been lifted and I can finally look forward to a future debt free. My outgoings are significantly less now and today I cut up my credit cards. It was such a relief.

Where do I start here, this has changed my life. Il be honest I started this process a while back and panicked and started to ignore the calls. I thought this is too good to be true and has to be a scam. I can now say this is not a scam and truly life changing. I’ve entered a iva and will be paying less a month for that than 1 of my outgoing bills. I had overdrafts loans karma PayPal the list is endless no money left and in constant panic and worry about my weekly outgoings. My agent was called Darren and if I could hug him I would. So understanding and made me feel so at ease and explains it all in legal terms then normal human terms to if you know what I mean. Please don’t hesitate to do this seriously such a weight has been lifted. Thankyou again so much to the whole team.
