Never received my paid item, and cannot login into the web site, my account was cancelled

Update on receiving package and it arrived and got two disposable faces mask and no pop up car tent....... If I could give less then one star I would. People stay away from this site, it is fake and truly a scam and stay away. The cheek of the company to reply to others on the reviews and ignore the people whom where scammed!

On November 26, 2020, I placed an order on Parkersdeals.com for a pair of bunion splint toe straightener correctors. The site clearly said "one pair". However, when the product arrived, it was a single corrector, not a pair. Within a day or two I contacted Parkers Deals to inform them that I was missing half of the pair. At that time I also re-checked the website to confirm that I was correct in remembering it saying "1 pair" and I was correct. But by the time I got a response from the vendor, they had changed their website to say just "1", not "1 pair". This is low down dirty business. They refused to send me a second one and insisted that I pay to return the single if I wanted a refund. After considering this for a couple of days I wrote to say I would send the single back and please send and RA for me to do so. Now I have heard nothing back from them at all! If I could assign negative stars, I would. Stay away from this company. If they screw up, the customer pays! And now I'm stuck with one corrector!

If I could give less than one star, I would. They are nothing less than a lying, shady rip off. I saw this company on Facebook and ordered a pool, because they said they were an American company and I’d be helping American families with my purchase. Received info that it would soon be shipped from Idaho in a “welcome to the family email.” Time passed and no pool. Why??? When it finally arrived, all the shipping labels and garbage packaging and info was from China. What a crock. Promised a return label in a couple of days....still not received and now it’s past the 30 day return. Thievery and deception. Don’t order from this scammer!

We bought a pool. Shipping was supposed to be a week from California to Massachusetts. That ended up being untrue and shipping took forever and ended up coming from China. Once arrived pool was not packaged well and pool had hole in pool which made is unusable. We contacted customer service for refund and 1 day before her 30 days expired Parker's Deals finally got back to us. They said they would provide refund pending return of item. Makes sense Amazon does similar. Only problem is Parkers Deals wanted us to ship it back to China. That's ludacris especially since they have a warehouse in California not to mention when we ordered it was to be shipped from California. It obviously shipped from China bc California warehouse ran out of stock okay but that doesnt mean your customers need to ship it back to China if you ran out from the California warehouse. And then on top of all this you cant ask questions on social media about your defected item because they delete comments. That's a shady company right there.

I was in a serious need of noise cancelling earbuds. Parker's Deals hooked me up with a really nice pair, and it didn't cost a fortune too. I was impressed.

The product was received in a timely manner and what was expected. The product had a defect and i worked with Nicole to get a replacement shipped out. At first i was expected to ship it back at my expense but they made it right and will not be asking that of me which i feel is great customer service. Thanks again

This company is a joke and these people are thieves. They sell junk from China and when it falls apart expect you to ship it back to China to get a refund which cost $500 plus based on the UPS quote I got to send back the pool I paid $250 for that fell apart at the seems after 1 week. Stick to Amazon these crooks shouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing they are selling Chinese junk and then blocking comments on Facebook and Instagram to hide the horror stories that everyone experiences with this company. Stay away and never support these people it’s the worst customer service in the country you may as well light the money you spend on fire with these people.

Amazing service and loveeeee the product. It’s bigger than I thought it would be. Shipped in 10 days . The pool cover I ordered comes separately. Customer service is excellent and they get back to you quick! Thank you so much I recommend 100% thank you so much for my amazing pool

I have an email that my refund has been processed but it has not.

It's taken me weeks of emails and attempted phone calls to try and get my refund and close this issue.

I have tried calling different times during your business hours and the phone always goes to your answering service. I requested a call back which I have never received.

At first, I wasn't sure about the product but it actually turned out great. Amazing Customer support. We were kept updated about the delivery all along and I had an amazing experience. I will definitely buy again.
