This is the exact shipping service my business needs. Straight forward pricing, quotes, tracking etc. No BS. Perfect for integration into my schedule, website, platform etc. Love the quotes on the fly <3... Definitely recommend.
Leaving another review since I just used the platform again (I don't ship regularly) and this company really deserves for their rating to be at 5 stars.
I don't know how they are able to negotiate the rates they do, but their cost came in at half the next lowest rate quote I got direct from UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
I printed out the actual UPS shipping label and it will go to a UPS drop off like any other UPS package. I love this company and hope that they are able to keep whatever relationships they have with the shipping companies in order to continue to offer the rates they do. A+++++
I was extremely hesitant to use this service after reading reviews of other private shipping companies. One of them basically put my request out for bidding, and I started getting emails for offers to ship a 12" Subwoofer from Fl to Ky for $800-$1300! Another had 1x reviews saying slow or damaged delivery and no customer service. But Parcel Path had great reviews. The cost of returning an Ebay item was $80 with ups, and Fedex and $130 with the post office, $800-$1300 with private shippers. The item only cost $80. So i took a chance.Parcel Path cost $32 +$6 for a pickup. It went through Ups shipping, I printed a ususal Ups label, and and schedled a pickup. A Ups truck came, and it was delivered in 1 day! Fl to KY. Im over the moon.
I was excited to try out Parcel Path after I saw that I spent more in fees using Stamps.com for a few years. I tried Parcel Path to save money for my nonprofit and was extremely happy to not be charged a monthly fee and just be able pay a little extra per package. All of my packages have been delivered fine, with no problems and I'm grateful to Parcel Path for helping me to save money for my nonprofit without losing money like I did with Stamps.com - Now I tell everyone I know about Parcel Path. It's a great service and their staff is very friendly on Instagram.
Parcel Path has been an excellent replacement for our shipping team! We used to work directly with UPS and/or other 3rd party shipping partners, but now everything is handled in ParcelPath! The customer support has been 10/10, with a highly responsive team. We love the ability to do multiple packages both outbound and on a UPS return label, as well as pay via credit card (you know we love those points!) Love the simplicity and ease of use of the platform - and best of all - it's FREE!
