I met Dexter back in 2016 when I became a client of Paramount. Dexter has been a constant thoughtful presence over the years guiding me through the ever changing rental market & consistently finding me great tenants. A true gentleman & a pleasure to deal with.

The staff at Paramount have all been very helpful, professional and responsive. In particular Stephen who works for Paramount Maintenance. He has great customer service, is highly conscientious, has a strong work ethic and is an asset to his company.

We own a property in Queens Park on which Paramount project managed a comprehensive refurbishment for us a few years ago and I must say we were (and remain) extremely impressed by their attention to detail and market facingness in sense of sourcing good prices for quality materials etc.

And they subsequently let it for us and have now re-let it to very good quality tenants, where again we have been impressed by their diligence in the tenant selection and vetting process and ability to achieve what we know to be a very good rent for the area.

In short, we like this company and have had nothing other than very good service from each of the individuals in different capacities we have encountered.

Paramount have been managing my property for nearly three years now. Hello...I have used Paramount to manage my rental property since 2002. Now 23 years. I can honestly say that I experienced very professional service which has provided peace of mind.

I recently sold my home through Paramount Properties and they were truly excellent from start to finish. Adam and Jamie were both so professional and helpful, constantly keeping me updated with the process and giving me plenty of support and guidance. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Two faced company

I had some absolutely awful dealings with this company where they allowed other renters to take advantage of me, hiking the price up for me when the other renters were only paying £750 a month to live in St John’s Wood. I alerted paramount who did not seem to care. If I was a landlord I would care because the other renters were profiting and not the landlord. Surely a management company would want a landlord to profit and not their other renters.

I would avoid as a landlord and a renter. They do not seem competent and will lose you money.

Paramount have supported me for a number of years both on the lettings and then sales side. Firstly I worked with Ollie and his team in lettings, they did an exceptional marketing video and my property was let out both times within a week. The additional services they provided meant that did not need to arrange separately (I.e checkin/out and end of tenancy cleans etc) which made the entire process more seamless. The professionalism from start to finish was outstanding.

Then I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Harrison from Paramount Properties during a sale. Their dedication, professionalism, proactiveness and commitment to going above and beyond truly impressed me. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail was remarkable. There were a few bumps in the road (not to do with Paramount) and they worked tirelessly to ensure the sale completed.

In summary, I cannot recommend Paramount enough! If you’re looking for a team that delivers outstanding service, then look no further!

Found the right buyers for our family home, above the predicted selling price from other agents. And managed the long wait with us and the buyers as we obtained probate with excellent communication.

The team at Paramount (especially Jamie and Spencer) did a great job advising and updating our property for sale. The marketing from the property brochure to the walk round video was very professional. They set a date for viewings, which generated multiple offers. Then worked with us from offer to completion. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I’ve just purchased my first home and Jamie from Paramount was excellent throughout the house buying process. He was helpful, kept me informed and went above and beyond.
