I ordered 4 faux ferns for $60. The items looked nothing like the picture, and were actually such poor quality, I threw them away. I would have needed 10 of their ferns to make it look like the 1 fern that they advertise.

Terrible experience. I ordered on February 8th and paid for express shipping specifically for Valentine’s Day. The package never arrived on time, and the company failed to deliver the service I paid extra for.

What’s the point of offering express shipping if you can’t honor it? Completely unacceptable. Now I have to chase a refund for something that should have been handled properly from the start.

Would not order from this company again.

Not even worth 0 stars. I am furious. Waited 4 weeks after many emails with bs replies. The beautiful advertisement with "lush Boston ferns" was why I ordered. I so agree with previous responders just rubbish. Parcel more like envelope🤐 arrived today n here is 4 plastic sticks you would get from the cheap shop for $2.00. Tacky green in colour. These mongrels should not be allowed to get away with this.DO NOT SHOP HERE. wished I was warned.

Scammed! 2 $45 ferns and all I raced was 2 twigs! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Took a month to arrive. I laughed when I opened the package.

If I could give this less than one star I would. The lush realistic ferns were sparse and look very plastic. I could have bought them in the $2 shop Absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised and almost $US60. Shame on you exploiting and misleading people like this

Items ordered bare no resemblance to website, very poor quality x I discovered comes from China not USA as stated on website. Do not use this company, very bad.

Ordered a Christmas gift which never arrived after two months. Contacted this vendor multiple times about the status of my order and every time they claimed that the package was in transit and they didn't have any tracking information, and I just needed to "wait with patience." Requested a refund which they also refused. Had to go through my bank to dispute the charge.

Disgusting company. DO NOT use ordered coat absolutely garbage only fit for the bin. I asked them which size to buy for what my size is. They sent it and to small. Will not give refund. Customer service is crap. Should be shut down

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered a waterproof jacket.It is definitely not waterproof .Very thin cheap material, nothing like the garment shown in the video.The next stop for this garment is the charity shop.Please please do not order anything from these people

Scam! Cheapest imports that are decent give and don’t resemble what you order. They refuse to give me a refund. ZERO STARS

Absolute garbage company. Customer service is NON existing..... Waiting for the response slice 19.08.24 and it's 14th of September today. Order cancelation / return is not existing. Please don not buy from them.

The garden tools were advertised with handles, and are useless without handles. I tried contacting them and their customer support kept replying “we are sorry you are disappointed “!

Do not order these shapewear body suits. What I received was totally different from picture I believed I was placing order for
no tummy control like stated also body suit has stitching on straps in description &pictures However the ones I have received are not stitched very very poor quality for monies paid

If only I could give them no stars, awful company, appalling quality, measurements not as stated, quite frankly only good for the bin. Really bad communication and their returns policy is a joke it will cost more than the purchase price to return because although they pertain to be in the UK which meant I should have been covered by the consumer rights act and the distance sellers Act the items are actually shipped and returned to Asia, so more fool me for buying from social media, that won't ever happen again. They also sell under Monents.com so be careful and stay away from these scammers

Appalling quality and service. I received my goods after 56 days and more than 20 emails sent! The fabric used in manufacture was not as stated in the advert and was totally unacceptable as it was almost see through. On complaining I have had 2 offers of goodwill payments of $4/$6 and now they’ve gone quiet! Do not be fooled by what you see on line!

DO NOT BUY from this company, weeks for delivery very poor quality!!
In negotiations to return they offered me £4 then £8 and keep the items. NO THNK YOU
