Trustworthy and efficient
I got the cedula officially and everything checks out. There were several months of delays due to the government, but I imagine it would have taken much longer on my own. Also certain details weren't communicated 100% but that's why we must ask clarifying questions. All in all everything worked out just fine in the end. I'd recommend them.

You’re absolutely right that there were delays during the ID issuance phase. Unfortunately, this affected several thousand applicants across Paraguay at the time and was entirely on the government side. Processing times and issuance timelines are ultimately controlled exclusively by the immigration and identification authorities, not by intermediaries or relocation providers.
That said, I appreciate your perspective that doing the process alone would likely have been significantly more difficult and time-consuming.
We also take your feedback regarding communication seriously. Since your process, we’ve rebuilt our entire website from scratch and created a much more extensive FAQ section together with multiple in-depth informational articles that explain the whole residency process step-by-step and in far greater detail. We’ve also significantly improved and streamlined the onboarding process itself.
