What a stress free experience dealing with Paragon.
Wendy was so helpful. Friendly but professional.
I love that the units come in different price ranges. So, there is a kitchen to suit every taste and pocket.
On calling to measure up and until the kitchen was fitted Wendy's help and advice and recommendations were so helpful. We are really pleased with how it all went.

Wendy and the team at Paragon were exceptional. Having toured round all the usual suspects showrooms and had several design consultations we were left underwhelmed with the design and price. Thankfully we found paragon. Wendy was so helpful, genuinely interested in helping us create our dream kitchen, offered practical solutions, worked through problems and gave brilliant service throughout. The quality of the kitchen is of a really high standard and the price was better than the big boys. Highly recommend

From start to finish the whole process was so smooth, Steve designed a beautiful kitchen for us and was really helpful advising us of things we weren't sure of along the way, he also helped with little tweaks to help us keep within our budget. We had really nice print outs of the initial design, and then when revisions were made which helped us visualise. The kitchen is amazing quality and we can't wait to have the family round at Christmas to show it off, Thank you Steve!

Ste and Wendy were extremely helpful when I went into the show room explaining the different styles of kitchens , they helped me with the design I can’t thank them enough ! Top class customer service and quality products 5/5 for me ! Thank you for everything :)

We bought a whole bathroom suite from Paragon.

Delivery was very fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Steve was very helpful with measuring what we could fit into a very small bathroom and found the right pieces for us.

I can’t recommend Steve enough at Paragon on Cross lane Wallasey. We had help designing our new kitchen which was a very large space. We made a few tweaks with the advice from him that worked in the space a lot better. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was great. 100% recommend. Thanks Steve

I’m over the moon with my new kitchen and the whole experience from start to finish. From my first call, the team were helpful, patient and full of ideas. Wendy came out to measure up and put together a full plan, then invited me to the showroom so I could look through all the options. We talked everything through in detail and made a few tweaks so the design fit my budget perfectly.

The fitting was done to a really high standard. Jonny and his fitting team, Adam and Noah, were amazing and worked so hard. The craftsmanship is spot on and the quality of the kitchen is fantastic. They were meticulous, friendly and tidy. They cleared up after themselves and made the whole process easy. There was a small mark on one of the door handles that I hadn’t even noticed, and they replaced it straight away without any fuss.

I can’t recommend this company or the amazing people who work there enough. Communication was brilliant and delivery was much faster than I expected. Everyone involved has been great. I’ll definitely go back when I’m ready to sort my bathroom and I’d recommend this company to anyone. It’s been a pleasure from start to finish.
