Par5 Escapes Anmeldelser

Everything from transport courses flights etc went totally according to plan and we were very pleased with the help and organisation of Par 5. They even arranged for the weather on our day off to be not quite as good golf days, very clever.
All so impressed that a future trip is being considered for next year. Well done Par5.
However we had an ongoing issue and have sent WhatsApps emails and phoned. No response has been received. After sales service very poor. What a pity to have spoiled things. Our group won't use again.

Our group of eight has been indulging in golf holidays for years, and this time, we decided to try par5escapes for our trip. The booking was straightforward, and our time in Turkey was fantastic. Although the 24 golf balls promised arrived after our departure, they did eventually get to us.

Big thanks to Louis & Sonny for sorting an amazing golf trip to Morocco. first class service, hotel, golf courses etc all amazing. Had the best trip with the boys. Be booking up again soon.

Very bad - I have sent across 2/3 enquires over the last month and had no response at all…

Tom, has been amazing in helping us plan and book our golf trip. Nothing seemed to much trouble, and he gave us several options and ideas as well as clear and helpful advice. We are already planning more trips with Tom based on the expereince we had this time.

Booked our first golf trip with Sonny at Par5escapes. The whole booking process couldn’t have gone smoother. We had a million requests but Sonny dealt with them quickly
and efficiently and found us the perfect trip. All being well we are hoping to make this a yearly trip and will be using par5escapes for every booking 👍🏼

Thomas was great. Everything dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

Booking with par5escapes for the first time, great to start with and very helpful but quite slow on getting more information and answers to questions, possibly due to high demands but hopefully everything will work out. And if so will possibly be a regular customer.

This is our inaugural gentlemen’s golf excursion, which has been meticulously arranged through Par5 Escapes. We are confident that if the trip is managed with the same professionalism as the booking process, we will be thoroughly satisfied.
Sonny has demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism throughout our interaction, guiding us seamlessly through the entire booking process.
We eagerly anticipate our upcoming trip.

Sonny was great as usual and looked after us exceptionally well.
Our 5th trip with Par5 Escapes and once again a great experience for the 8 of us on this trip
Stayed at Barcelo Marbella hotel for 3rd time and we were not disappointed, the hotel is well situated between Marbella and Estepona and only 10 mins taxi to Banus for evening entertainment and restaurants
Golf was first class as usual playing at La Reserva, Finca Cortesin and San Roque Old
Airport and golf transfers great and well organised.
Overall 10/10

So honest review , not had the break yet but this is based on initial experience.

Firstly couldn’t do enough before we booked , constant calls to get over the line which we duly did and paid monies on agreed timeline . Service was good .9/10

Since the original booking and monies paid I have to be honest and say it’s very very disappointing. Calls are never answered or if they are people are busy will call you back , when you finally speak with someone again they promise they will send links , receipts etc but to no avail . They even dont answer emails on the app so no point having it . I’m not asking for a lot just the chance for the rest of the party to pay via a link .. paying well before the date that’s not a bad thing is it ??? 2/10

WE CERTAINLY HOPE IT GETS BETTER from here in but still no official receipt and promised links to pay monies regularly. I’m looking forward to them chasing us for the money as I’m sure they won’t give us the same time frame .

Come on par5 escapes don’t let yourself

UPDATED REVIEW

Since my last post I have to say that Par5Escapes have gone above and beyond to quash any lingering fears and concerns.

They have shown professionalism and to there credit have expressed there concerns regards this issue and furthermore instead of shirking they have owned up and dealt with it . There are not a lot of businesses that would do that.

Utter professionalism shown by Sonny to rectify and now we are extremely satisfied.

Credit where credit due thank you 👍

Very helping and swift replies to all our inquiries thank you Louis

I was tasked to book a golfing holiday for 12 guys with a strict budget to a specific location .. A number of other companies tried and failed but Par5 escapes came up with the goods .. Excellent comms throughout ..

They do exactly what they say they will do. Very easy to book and for a very decent price.
I dealt with a gentleman called Sonny who was an absolute gentleman and dealt with all my queries in a prompt and professional manner. All in all I’d definitely book a golf trip with this company again

Booked with a competitor for last 4 years or so several times a year and this year we tried par 5 escapes and Booked for 7 nights to Portugal

5 rounds booked and can honestly say the after sale support and trip was amazing. Transfers were never a minute late and holiday went like clockwork.

I’m a loyal customer so it was hard to try a different provider but I will be booking with these guys again for next year

Highly recommended

We are a group of 8 and have enjoyed golf holidays for several years. This was the first time we booked with par5escapes. Booking process information and in Turkey experience all good. Promised 2doz golf balls arrived too late for our travel but did arrive.

I was trying to get a small group to go abroad for a week of golf. I contacted Tom and Sonny at Par5 Escapes and nothing was too much trouble for them. I requested several quotes to various countries and also spoke to them on the phone several times for advise and recommendations.
I finally decided on Morocco and Tom went ahead to finalise the quote to our requirements.
The booking and paying was very simple and everything was perfect and exactly as I asked (such as all inclusive 5 star, early tee times, buggies, transport and everything all included)
All we had to do was get ourselves to Manchester Airport and Par5 did the rest.
Everything was great, picks ups, drop offs, perfect courses, nice hotel all great
If you haven't been to Morocco for golf and your wanting to try somewhere different, give it a try and use Par5, based on my experience you won't be disappointed

We are thinking of Cyprus for our next golf holiday (or elsewhere) but one thing for sure, I'll be giving Tom a call at Par5

This was my first ever golf trip and I was concerned about all the logistics of the trip ensuring everything is planned for a smooth trip where playing golf and having fun could be the core focus. I found Par5Escapes as an option and could not believe the sevice they offered, in fact until I was checked into the Resort I still could not believe how simple the process was.

Louis sorted absolutely everything from building initial quotes, to finding our perfect holiday to even making last minute changes due to one of our members dropping out of the trip quite late. He could not have been more helpful. I am sure I was a bit of a headache at times however Louis always answered all my concerns and was never rude. What a great member of staff to a great company.

If you are looking for a process where everything you could imagine is sorted for you get in touch with this company.

I will without doubt soon be back in touch to book the next trip. Thank you Pae5Escapes, thank you Louis for a trip of a life time.

Great service from Sonny and the team at Par5 Escapes, good value and follow up is important to clients which they always delivery.

Belek Turkey, The Dunes & The Pines. 2 very different golf courses, but both very good. The trip was organised by Sonny and he done us proud. I do think par5escapes are under staffed but he done a great job for us. 4 rounds of golf with good tee times arranged for us. The hotel is excellent and very spacious. The surprising thing was that we had rooms all over the hotel, (Deluxe Belek Hotel) and nobody was close to each other. 100% we would use Sonny and par5escapes for next year as this year 2025 went very well. Even when we had slight issues Sonny answered the question via WhatsApp very quickly to help us out. 8 of us went on this trip, but it could be 12 on the next 1. Thank you again for a great experience we shall not forget.
