Its been 3 days no one has offered me support I have submitted a ticket with no response. I cant join the discord to try and get help. I just want a refund at this point but no one is responding to my ticket to even help with that. I will probably have to submit a claim with my bank

Hey,
We're sorry to hear about the ban. However, if you were banned while using our fortnite cheat, that means you were able to use the cheat. If the cheat didn't work at all, you wouldn't have been able to use it in the first place.
In cases where customers are banned, it can also be due to obvious gameplay or other players reporting you, which can lead to a manual ban.
We're happy to look into your specific case if you contact our support team with your order details.

Warning: Zero Support
The software itself is fine when it works, but the moment you run into an actual issue and need help, you are completely on your own.
I ran into a technical roadblock and reached out for assistance, only to be completely ghosted and ignored for hours on end. When you're paying for a subscription, dealing with unresponsive support and zero customer service when something breaks is incredibly frustrating. Be warned, if you ever run into a problem, nobody is going to be there to help you fix it.

Hey,
We're sorry to hear about your experience with our support team. We understand how frustating it can be to run into a issue and have to wait for a response, especially when you're paying for a subscription.
If you run into an issue, you can also check the error code in our troubleshooting guide here: https://wsw-1.gitbook.io/pandora/getting-started/getting-started
Our guide covers common errors and their solutions, so it may help resolve the issue without having to wait for a support response.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you feel you had a poor experience with our customer service. However, after reviewing the situation, we have no recollection or record of you having an open support ticket with our team.
We take customer support seriously, but without a record of your ticket or request, we cannot verify the claims made in this review. Calling our service a scam based on this experience is therefore not an accurate representation of our business.

Stay far away
I would stay far, far, far away from these people. They claim their cheat is undetected but it's false. You will get banned in a very short period of time and when you tell them you were banned, they blame you lol. External cheatas like these will always get detected. The only way to safely cheat is by DMA, period. Don't listen to these clowns. Myself and many others fell for their lies. They are very, very detected.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback.
We can confirm that our product is undetected. However, we have no way of knowing how you used it in your case wheter you were raging, semiraging, or playing conservatively so we cannot determine what caused the ban.
We understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but without knowing the circumstances of how the product was used, it would be unfair to place the blame on the product itself.

Temp woofer banned my account
The temp spoofer worked for me, but once the game updated and I booted it up with the spoofer my account got permenently banned. I was using no cheats or anything that could cause a ban, just the spoofer.

Hey,
We're sorry to hear about the ban and understand how frustating that must be.
However, a game update can change how detection works, so we can't determine from the review alone what specifically caused the ban. Using a spoofer does not necessarily mean that the spoofer itself was the cause of a permanent account ban.
