I tried to cancel the order before its shippment but they didn't want to cancel instead they tried giving me discounts even though their policies state that you can ask for a cancelation at any time before the package was shiped

Horrible customer service. They don’t reply and in fact steal your money. It’s been two months since I first ordered and I’ve done everything they asked me to do for a normal reimbursement but they won’t give back my money.

Ordered items on 14 Feb, supposed to be 6 days delivery, but it took till 06 march to reach. Delivered item was dead on arrival. reached out to support and was promised a replacement set on 14 march, but no delivery confirmation yet as of 30 march

Update: No replacement set was sent out as of 16 May 2024

Never got package, after almost 4 months support just decided they cant help me anymore. Terrible costumer service. They replied to mails every 10-15 days with the same questions again and again. I told them i want refund and they just keep stalling. Stay away from this company. Find alternative because this is terrible, i'm deeply disapointed.

My wife and her colleague love it. It help them a lot especially if their period is coming. I will recommend it to my friedns

My wife uses it regularly for back and stomach pain and discomfort. It works.

Device looks nice but does not get hot enough. A hot water bottle is better. The massage function is very loud and not discrete. Ended up returning it right away but had to pay $50 for shipping. All in all, not worth it.

My partner got this for me for what was meant to be Valentine’s Day (only just got it …. Battery lasts like 5 minutes no joke and you can’t use it while it’s charging.. Shipping took a month and a half. It’s loud so not discrete and can barely feel the massage. Would not recommend to anybody. It’s a cute looking product but besides that, a literal scam.

It says 3-5 days express delivery and i have been waiting for more than 10 days now. Wrote 3 emails to support 6 days ago, zero response.

Total scam. i have been waiting for package almost 4 months now. Support reply now and then. They promised they will send new package ASAP. Guess what it has been a month since then. So go as far away as you can it is not worth it. There are other alternatives that are better and cheaper and more important Support is responsive. With pamly i got feeling i am not important as customer. I demanded refund and they said they cant give it to me.

Honestly it was useless because it only gives heat and no massage. The advertisement was too strong

Delivery never made it to my door for my parcel package. Had some minor exchange of emails to resolve the issue. But still persisted without any response thereafter. Very dissapointed with the service rendered. Would like a refund

My girlfriend went to use the pamly I bought her and it's not hot enough, it's barely warm.

I have ordered my item on February 21th and on today 6 March I have no idea where it is .
It smells like a scam.

Also they keep responding with generated email, feels like talking to a robot.

Ordered 2 different devices. One arrived within 7 days bit but the other one hasn't arrived after 2 months.....

Its a good period pain relief device. Loved the heat temperature, just nice to relief pain without being too hot or cold. However, wish the battery lasted longer though and I also wish shipping was faster.

Did a purchase 2 weeks ago. The delivery was promised within 7 days. The customer support keep annoying me with their fake apologies, but still nothing is resolved.
