I'm very pleased I bought my hot tub from these guys 3 years ago, never had any issues until this week, when I called with the problem the cutomer service over the phone was great called back a few times never managed to resolve the issue but gatheth came out with in a few days and sorted the problem with no extra charges and left me a spare part, this company is highly recommed by me because they are truly a good company to do business with thanks gareth and the team

Unfortunately we bought our hot tub from this disgraceful company Palm Spas, nearly 2 years ago. Since then the lights have broken, headrests are delamimating and then the heating element has gone. I contacted the company and spoke Jamie THE BOSS. I was told to contact my local hot tub company (who we should have bought from in the 1st place) to get them to fix it and because the parts were still under warranty they would reimburse me if I sent back the faulty part. I spoke to Jamie today after the hot tub has been fixed only for him to belittle and be rude to me over the phone, and tell me that I did not listen to him and that I was wrong and no help what so ever, when in fact I did as instructed. I have now been told to send the faulty part back to Jamie and sell the replacement part to the local supplier. They are not true to their words and I really wish that I had never bought a hot tub from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE AWFUL AFTER CARE SERVICE.

But aftercare service is no no rang asked for some replacement jets i was told to send pics of the jets by email did that
Then had to ring next day they had not read my email
Asked about the jets reply was we need measurements why was i not told this yesterday reply i do not know who was answering the phones he might not know ?????

Had the pleasure of Gary servicing our hot tub recently. He was punctual, professional and thorough. The hot tub looks like new and having bombarded him with questions I know much more about keeping it running clean and safe. Felt valued as a customer, which is becoming rare these days. Thanks Gary.

We needed a replacement lid and I wasn’t around to coincide with when the visit could be done. The guys accessed the house & replaced the lid for me. I am so grateful and the service was smooth, efficient and they really went beyond what was expected. Thanks so much guys.

Bought my hot tub from PalmSpas all good upto the time you have a problem, then they will not answer your texts… or return your calls… they get their money then run..

Gareth and the other chap were extremely professional and efficient. Huge duty of care taken over the tub, which they made look effortless to move!
Plenty of advice given on how to care for the water and the offer of help post-delivery if I needed it!

So glad I found this company , excellent service from start to finish , the technician today was called Ant and did a full service on my hot tub ,he was very thorough and worked so hard . Would definitely recommend . Thank you palm spas .

I have purchased a hot tub from palm spas and had 2 services since purchase (1 a year). Firstly the hot tun (happy plus) is of excellent quality. I have never had any issues with it. When they guys came to deliver, everything was on time and they were very tidy. The guys in the office and doing the deliveries and servicing are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend palm spas for a hot tub and servicing. The servicing is very well priced and they do a thorough job during the service (they do not rush and want to get it over and out of the way). An all round excellent service and it is a always a pleasure doing business with these guys.

Jamie at the chesterfield showroom showed us the hot tub that was right for us he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Ant & Arron gave a courtesy call with an eta they arrived on time delivered and installed the hot tub and explained everything to us from how to operate the tub and what to do with the chemical doses, as it’s our first experience owning one they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were very respectful of their surroundings and really nice guys.

The whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional and would definitely recommend Palm Spas

Just used our new Palm Spa hot tub for the first time today….awesome way to relax after work. Great service from Gareth in the office and Grant and Arron who delivered, set up and explained everything perfectly. Great price, service, product and people.

Came to a lodge in wales with no instructions for the hot tub. Went through to customer service and spoke to Gareth, helped me outside of work hours and I was able to fix the issue. Thanks Gareth- amazing service

After many months of research and price checking , visiting numerous websites/ Ebay / Amazon and other Tub stores, I found Palm Spas.
Gareth dealt with my inquiry and what a pleasure he is to deal with, from sale to delivery.
I purchased the Maya plus, and it is fantastic.
I would also like to say that Jad and Ken
( delivery and install team ) were outstanding.
A friend of mine, a fencing contractor, was supposed to remove a large fence panel to allow the the tub to come in through the back garden. He didn’t turn up in time.
Jad and Ken helped to remove the panel and were brilliant, nothing too much trouble!
Brilliant attitudes, and went the extra mile to get the tub in.
All the advice and the recommendations they offered were great. TOP CLASS!!

We chose a 5-seat hot tub based on recommendations, and I must say I am really pleased with it. Thank you to the salesmen I dealt with, as well as the delivery and setup crews. 5 out of 5

Can't fault psalm spas at all....very good service from start to finish...installed quickly everything explained from how to work the controls and how to use the chemicals. Would highly recommend this company and very easy to get in touch with them if need any aftercare help and quick response
