SCAMMING SITE, KEEP AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolute scammers. Waited over 2 weeks for my order and their replys via email are shocking. Sent a fake tracking number when the delivery doesn't even exist. All over £88, absolute typical scamming people from Liverpool, should be ashamed and the site wants shutting down!!!!!!!! KEEP AWAY EVERYONE

BEWARE SCAM !! Palm row have taken my money, not sent my goods, it’s been over a month, won’t respond to my emails. Says they are based in Liverpool, but the phone number for the website is foreign. SCAMS do not trust !!

Unfortunately the reviews here are accurate reflections of the quality of this organization. They are not above board, and when they sent a clearly nonsense excuse email about my order being lost with their shipping service, it became clear they are scammers. I informed if they couldn't provide and ETA, then they need to cancel my order and refund me asap. They wrote back saying the order is with shipping and impossible to cancel. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. They lost my parcel in transit then offered to send me what I had already paid for “ at no cost to me “ !
I asked for my money back and we’ve been going round in circles !
I ordered the black body warmer by mistake so I ordered a blue one before the first order arrived. Big mistake! The quality is so cheap looking. In the ad it looks like a Ralph Lauren body warmer but it’s just a very cheap body warmer with a Ralph Lauren logo ironed on. Wasn’t even a good attempt at a copy. Avoid at all cost!

Ordered 8th August went out for delivery according to them 14th August,still nothing.wish I had read the reviews before ordering.looks a bit of a scamming outfit.

I never received my order since I paid for it in May, it's been 76 days and they keep promising that I will get in soon

I want to rate them 0 stars. Awful company, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I received an item that was too small (not their fault) and I emailed to return this on the 5th August. I was ignored for 5 days and chased twice. Here I am 16 days later and still unable to return the item as they are waiting to “provide me a return address.” STAY AWAY

I placed my order on 22 June, it was marked as shipped on 2 July, and after weeks of waiting, it still hasn’t been delivered. I have requested a refund multiple times, but all I receive are the same automated responses saying the package is “still in transit.”

A company should take responsibility for its own shipping issues instead of making customers wait indefinitely. Very disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend buying from them.

Firstly I have to thank Rafael Alves for his customer service, outstanding above and beyond. I did have my doubts the items would come. But customer service made me aware the parcels do have a lot of customs to go through. They did arrive, and the quality is brilliant. Worth waiting for.

Item took 6 weeks to arrive, item had no Labels so looks fake, ordered XL although I am only L but jumper is that small I cant even get my arms in sleeves comfortably, buyer beware

I bought tracksuits on 30 June i never receive any feedback from them and ne response on emails it’s total a scam !

I’m not surprised with rate they have and the bad reviews too, I order T- shirt navy blue Ralph Lauren, I got it after few weeks and I keep sending messages, I got it in end but the wrong colour and wrong size too , I try to communicate with them for return and refund but I am afraid no way they ou can get through,so, I kiss my £40 pounds goodbye, also look very fake too , please don’t buy anything from this horrible company.

Looking at the reviews, I am so mad at myself for not first authenticating Palm Row Botique, i wouldn't have continued to make an order with them because now i have fallen for the same scam. I made an order in May and we are now in July!! It looks like I am not getting my items - I wonder if people who complained here have received their money back or eventually got their orders!! What a poor service this company needs to be investigated and shut down

Ordered May 30. As of today, July 4, no news in spite of many mails to the company. No feedback. Looks like fraud....

I purchased from this store early April. I have not received my purchase and have asked for updates multiple times. No feedback. This is clearly a scam and people should not trust this store.
