Its a scam website. please don't order. I lost around 27GBP. we get wrong product from what we ordered and while looking for return, they told us a return address in China. I search it on google street. its actually a restaurant. And they say we need to pay for the return and while i checked that it must be around 25GBP. They know we will not return it for that amount. I Argued with them by pointing out the return policy in their website itself (stating free return for damaged or wrong product), but they agree its a wrong product but are not willing to pay the return fee. I checked it deep, the parcel comes from a warehouse in UK (Must be a dealer), company address is in Netherlands and return address is in China. And whose reading this, go to their site, copy return address and paste it in google and see the results. You will know its a scam. Please don't waste your money.

Dress that we ordered said it was lined and it wasn't, can't find the website now, when you go to it via Facebook it redirects you to another site that is not in English. Seems like a scam.

The order received did not match the description in any form or shape.

The return Warehouse address posted on Palm- Mode web page - No 10 Whitehorse Road, 79 Mount Barker Road, Stirling SA 5152 is an address in Adelaide Australia, not in UK.
This speaks volumes about this Web Site.

There was a complete reluctance by Customer Service Team to provide the following information, to where all items need to be returned to get your refund.

This is a complete sham!

They do not accept returns to the Netherlands, only to China. When you agree to send to China, they say that cannot guarantee receipt of the item. And they will only offer store credit.

They push you to accept store credit by gradually increasing the amount they are willing to offer and when you finally do accept, the email address with which you have been corresponding can suddenly not be found!

Avoid!!

Ordered a lampshade months ago - after 4 weeks without hearing anything I emailed for an update and received an AI sounding response saying it would be dispatched soon but to get back in touch if I hadn’t heard anything within 7 days.

I gave it two weeks before emailing again and got a near identical AI sounding response but this time saying to get in touch in 5 days if no shipping details had come through.

After 2 months I requested a refund which apparently wasn’t possible as item had left the facility… but again do get back in touch if you haven’t heard anything in 5 days. This pattern repeated a few more times until I got an ‘Address Not Found’ response from a final email.

I’m annoyed I was fooled by what appears to be a slick website - an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a jumper , the product I received looks totally different than on the picture. It is supposed to be oversized, it is a tightly fitted one. Tried to get a return form to return the item as it to small. After sending 4 emails they still have not sent me the form. Even though the website says you can return they do not accept it.
Do not buy from this company !

The worst customer service you can experience. Scammers, they take your money for items that they dont even have and simply doesn’t want to return you money and stop answering on your emails.

This is a scam company. They shipped from China not UK so that China is the apparent return location at buyer's expense. The quality of the product is utterly dreadful and not as advertised. Cheap shoddy replicates of the images in the advertisement. AVOID. Furthermore, in my returns dispute email exchange suddenly my emails are receiving failed delivery notifications. How convenient. This company should be reported to the ombudsman and shut down. I will be investigating how to do this.

Si sono prelevati i soldi dal conto ,dicendomi che non avevano ricevuto l'ordine. Ho aspettato e li ho contattati ripetutamente, nella speranza che mi arrivassero le scarpe.
Il 9 Maggio 2026 è avvenuto l'ordine e contabilizzati il 12 Maggio 2026
Ho il num fattura, ma oramai non rispondono più. Lo hanno fatto solo una volta chiedendomi il num traccking che, ovviamente, non mi è mai arrivato

Everything about the experience was exceptional. The shipping was very quick and the product's features were exactly the same as those listed in the online advertisement.

I ordered a hoodie, but I received a completely different product.
Customer support was disappointing and the quality was not as expected.

I recently bought a dress for my wife birthday gift from PalmMode and had a positive experience overall.
