They keep asking for more and more money and play all kinds of games report them to report them to

Over 10 withdrawals pending. They want users to pay an activation fee. Palm Alliance have my money pending on their platform and want me to pay to retrieve it. Don't give them another dime of your money to these scam artist

Unfortunately it is a crypto scam. Be aware

Delaying tactics, no support and no answers, a lot of pointless "blabla", unprofessional web-appearance, unrealistic additional offers, no payouts for months, no correct accounting after the investments have expired, etc...

Update .. this is a SCAM. They only pay recruiters no one I know is being paid since March 2023 . All positive reviews since 2022 only .clearly they ran out of money. Everything is fake like LSG and mabcredit . They use the same business model same IT system as well . No one has seen the owners CEO or management team . The fiscal report they sent once is probably all fake too . They still send emails asking for more investment the scam continues sadly millions more will lose money to this as it’s still running … do not invest unless you have nothing else to do with your cash in which case best to give it to charity … or kids in the Yemen. Please hire a private investigator b4 putting anything more than 1k into online ponzis..

They don't answer call or messages. Pending withdraw money been taken out of the account but still saying pending!!!! They have not refunded the end of contract money. This is a scam. Don't invest.

I have deposited 600$. I have created 50$ interest withdrawal 2 months back.They are not transferring to my account. I have created so many complaints via online chat .but no body responding.

This is a ponzi scheme and they have cheated. Still they are sending email to deposit in different scheme. But not giving back money. Please do not invest. Stay away from this.

To anyone considering investing in Palm Alliance - think again!! If you see a Trust Pilot score above 3 (with only 5 star or 1 star ratings) you might think it's worth a punt but check out the dates of the reviews. All the 5 stars are in 2022 when all was well at Palm (I was also happy back then) but in the last few months, withdrawals have stopped, communication become non existent and distrust from participants growing daily! The reason, in my opinion, is they've run out of investors to feed the scam - this company has been found out, INVEST AT YOUR PERIL....

Worst customer service from any investment company.
Joined Palm early august 2022, within a week I introduced a family member. All was well for almost 3 months. I was able to withdraw on a regular basis. End of October Palm did a series of technical upgrade including new servers. Immediately after this upgrade money went missing from my family members account. Support is non existent- they have a live chat feature & support email. I rarely had any response from them. Even when I did get a reply - I had to repeat over & over what the problem was. The only this particular issue was dealt with, was by my 2 upline/ sponsors sent multiple emails & chat support messages on my behalf. A month later the money was credited back to the account & I thought that was the end of the problems. Within 24hrs money went missing from my account and true to form all forms of communication from myself was actively ignored. Fast forward 5 weeks - the money was eventually returned which was thanks to many many hours spent by my upline constantly messaging Palm on my behalf. In the same time period of money disappearing from our accounts we were no longer able to withdraw funds from either account. Finally mid December our accounts were reviewed and we were informed that late October during their system updates - both accounts were converted from a daily payout to a compounding account. I did not know or give consent to this change, neither did my family member. Knowing this change was not my doing I was sure that Palm would do the right action and revert both accounts back to daily payouts. Another month passed with zero response to communication- finally Palm replied to my uplink’s messages and said it was not possible to change the accounts back to payout. This was communicated late February!!!
I’ve lost all faith in Palm as a company. They have a great investment model & payout structure but the personnel & support structure is utterly useless.
3 months of them ignoring me has worked in their favour, my family members account is due to end early April & my account will finish early June. One last issue that we are trying to resolve is the fact that when our accounts were switched from daily payout to compounding- the % paid was not increased to the compounding rate until end of February. So Palm owe us in the region of $3000+
Even though they have agreed to payout this amount they have not done so & it is now a month on end of march.
There are other companies that have similar investment opportunities but excel in support to new & existing members. Stay away from Palm

I joined Palm Alliance in May 2022 and up until a few months ago I have been very happy with the way things were run and the way payments were made relatively speedily. In recent months there have however been many red flags and I have witnessed many glitches in their system that have affected not just myself but many people that I have invited, some of these glitches have been appalling. One lady opened 2 accounts last year with $60,000 in total invested on a daily payout portfolio which meant she could withdraw her interest daily. Late October last year they stopped her withdrawals and she has never been able to withdraw since. After weeks and months of chasing support, they came back and alledged that she had changed both the accounts to compounding which she certainly hadnt and therefore they said ahe could not withdraw until end of the term which is now next month on one of them. During these previous months a cancelled withdrawal attempt of $13,000 went missing from her account for several weeks with no response from support at all. There is no customer support to speak of, they ignore messages and nothing gets resolved. My portfolio ended 3 weeks ago and I have not been allowed to withdraw my total capital of over $10700. After not paying me my capital when it was due, two days ago they placed my capital back into a 10 month compounding portfolio without my authority and have told me they cant pay me until issues with USA banks are resolved and until they have completed their fiscal reports. On top of that I have bonuses that are not being paid out and are being withheld and all communications are being ignored. I now doubt that this company is a legitimate business as it appears that they are using new money to pay older customers especially only the ones that will keep sharing the business with other people. I have been literally blackmailed in text messages by one of their alledged (One minute Human resource then titled herself support) support representatives called "Rhonda Virlisa" to either share the business with more people and grow it for them or they will not be inclined to help resolve any issues for me or my team. Due to the lack of response and no reslove for me and my team who have in total invested over $255,000, I have no alternative but to commence filing reports to instigate investigations by several US Federal authorities.

I have been with Palm Alliance since the 1st of October 2022 and until the past 6 weeks I have been very satisfied with my $5,800 investment. Withdrawals have been speedy within 24 hours and even within 2 hours.
However, something has changed for the worse. Support is deaf and blind to messages and frustratingly never answer. Never!
The daily rewards were cut by 50% without warning and withdrawals are not being approved but sit in pending until they disappear into the system.
I believe Palm Alliance is a classic Ponzi scheme and they have been using funds from new investors to pay existing members.
So this is a warning: PALM ALLIANCE IS A PONZI SCHEME. Classic Charles Ponzi.

I finished my first 10 month investment 2/23/23 and im satisfied to go in higher...Every company has issues but to be in business since 2010 and I HAVE 3 times my money, I'm a happy investor....

I have been trying to withdraw my returns since January, with not luck. Withdrawals are stuck on pending, Palm Alliance does not respond to my emails or chat and keep sending out emails encouraging members to invest in other packages.

It could improve with a better support service, the updates are there and this is good.
