ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM PALM BEACH BOUTIQUE.
The Palm Beach Boutique is not based in Australia. I am guessing that it is based in China and their customer service is impossible to deal with. They are very AI polite but make it very difficult with multiple delaying tactic and do not honour their money back guarantee as detailed on their website. The garments are of extremely poor quality. One of the garments I purchased had a hole in the back and when I sent them the requested pictures they did not even recognise it because the colour and fabric were so different from the one that was advertised on their site. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - IT IS A SHAM!

Avoid this company — my experience was extremely disappointing.

I purchased a sweater from them, but what I received was a cheap item that was completely different from the style shown online.

When I requested a refund, they offered only 15% and provided what appeared to be a questionable return address. As a result, I never received a refund.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company and being very cautious before purchasing from them.

If you decide to buy from this store, first consider you will receive an advertised product that is well below expectations set after reading commitments supposedly by a 'family business'. The company knowingly misrepresents the quality of their knitwear on their website, both in photos and it's description to consumers. They have offered various discounts and minimal refunds to keep the goods that I wouldn't wear anyway. The return postage wipes out any of these offers.
After sending many emails, they have consistently refused to give me a reply paid address to return the goods for a refund. I don't accept that I should have to pay postage to an overseas location to return the product for a full refund when they sell you crap. The knitwear is nothing like what was represented on the website....not even any labels. They are liars and cheats. I wanted the family business owners to actually see, feel and review the low grade, severely overpriced goods they are selling to unsuspecting customers under their 'Boutique' label until I found out there is no local address....another scam and lie.
The business needs to grow a conscience and find another way to make a quick buck without ripping off trusting customers!!

BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam sight not truly in the U.S, and they don’t have a phone number. The email support just asks the same questions over and over so must be AI. I got my credit card to reverse charge since I never received my order. Horrible experience!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise that it is an Australian company in Australia owned by an Australian family. They show a map identifying Palm Beach which indicates the shop is in Sydney. Absolute rubbish. The clothes I ordered had no tags or labels. The quality was extremely poor. The sizing was dreadful. The pictures of the garments were beautiful and of very good quality. However, the actual garments were so bad they are not wearable. The communication with the company was terrible especially when I discovered the company is in China. The company offered a 30 percent refund and after a lot of backwards and forwards with them including raising a dispute through my banking institution they offered a 70% refund as long as I canceled the dispute with the third party. I did cancel it and sent them evidence of the cancellation. They sent me a refund notice but never refunded a cent. I continued to send emails and received replies saying they had processed the refund and to wait 7 business days. The time passed and as no refund was received I raised the dispute again with my bank. Fortunately the bank has found in my favour and I will receive a full refund of $174. However, please DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe they are fraudulent, unethical and dishonest in their dealings. You are risking your money and will not receive what you pay for. There are plenty of other reputable companies to purchase from. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They do not deserve even a one star. I agreed on a small refund and they are now not delivering on that. Forcing me to contact my bank to get them to chase up the refund. PLEASE DO BETTER DILIGENCE IF THEY DONT HAVE AN NBN NUMBER STAY AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Absolute rubbish clothing, I ordered a jumper, what I received was nothing like the advertised item, colour, material and size all wrong, ok to send back at my expense to China! Their website led me to believe they were an Australian company, instead they are just another rubbish company selling Chinese rubbish.

Save your money! Although it appears to be a legit online store, the clothing is not as described or photographed!! It comes from China and the fabric is quite thin. Their return policy has you paying for shipping to China (not Florida) and their customer service is not responsive! They want you to use the same delivery service yet, will not provide that information nor a return label! All returns must be made within 30 days and the time keeps ticking with their non-responsiveness!! So again, scroll away and shop elsewhere!!

They are dishonest, returns are very difficult if not impossible. They gave me a partial store credit and did not honor it when I purchased another item. I am still waiting for my refund. They are thieves! Yes I am pissed off!

They suck! Don’t buy anything from here they will just rip you off as I have been!!!

These people are scammers and pretending to be an Australian company. I suspected this when I received the jumper and it had no label, only the size as- no Australian company would do that.
I paid $59.95 for a very cheap quality jumper. Two of the buttons had lose thread and falling off.
The size was completely different to their size chart. When I contacted them, they wanted photos and wasted a lot of time with back and forth emails.
Once they realised that I wasn’t going to give up on getting my money back, they sent me an offer of a $50 refund and I can keep the jumper. I declined this offer as I didn’t want them to have a cent.
As I paid through PayPal, I put in a report to them and they have already commenced an investigation.
Today I received another email from ‘Palm Beach Boutique’ dispute department offering me a $50% refund, which I have not accepted.
I wish I knew if there was a Government body we can report this company to.

The dress I received looks nothing like the pictures. It was poorly packaged. There is no lable... this is is a scam! They never answered my contact messages... I lost $80. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is extremely frustrating
When I asked to return an item that was too big, it took me many tries to get an answer. When I did,it was a $20-$40 charge because items were from China or they would send me a different size or item but I had to pay$19.99.

I ordered a jumper size S..very oversized and dreadful polyester fabric..nothing like it looks on web pages. Am trying to get information on returns for refund.my advise is stay away from this site.

Do not buy anything from Palm Beach Boutique they pretend to be an Australian company when they actually are a Chinese company they do not have an Australian ABN as I did a search. The clothing that was received was cheap & nasty. The good thing is they will accept returns but at your own cost which in this case equated to approx $50. Steer very clear of buying anything from these scammers

Absolute rubbish. Pretend to be Australian and get cheap junk from overseas. And I mean cheap. Thought I was getting a nice knitted jumper instead I got a cheap corduroy thing. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought.

Not getting any replies for my repeated requests for a return due to inaccurate sizing...

Do not buy from this company. They are not in Australia, you will pay FX fees and then if you want to return an item you have to pay international postage fees. The item I received was cheap and looked nothing like the photos, the quality was very inferior. The website is a complete sham, absolute waste of money.

I have just received my order of what appeared to be a knit top. What arrived was a polyester spandex exercise type top. Nothing at all like the image on line. This is a terrible misrepresentation of goods. Buyer beware.
