I ordered a new laptop but received a used one instead. When I raised the issue, they flatly denied responsibility and refused to replace or refund it.
Once they had my payment, they stopped caring. No accountability, no proper support, no solution.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Paklap.pk.

I have brought the new box pack lenovo laptop after few days with in month, power on button starts malfunctioning. I brought back to PakLap and they said the motherboard will be replaced. This is the cheating things which is happened 3rd time in Technocity Karachi. New box pack laptop is not trustable and they only said we will give you new motherboard but the product will not be replace. I can share original bills and all the things who want to verify this scam. I therefore request you put yourself away from these ao called sellers.
They are scam want full payment in advance and deliver used one instead of new one
i had a very frustrating experience with pak lap the ask me to give advance and tell that laptop will come with 1 yr waranty and non active status and when laptop come it has 5 month international waranty and status is also active so what is point of brand new laptop if it is already active so please be aware of the scam
I had a very frustrating experience with PakLap. I confirmed the availability of a product with them, and everything seemed fine. However, when I later asked them to ship the item, they suddenly claimed the product listing was incorrect. This feels like a dishonest excuse to me, as it seems they wanted to increase the price. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on their customer service. I expected better transparency and accountability from a company like PakLap. I won't be recommending them or returning as a customer unless they improve their practices.
Horrible Scammers
They are selling used laptop in new packing. And after that they give you fake warranty, when you'll go for claim they'll not accept it.
Don't ever buy anything form them
recently bought a laptop from them. after two weeks, my laptop is dead. I asked them for a replacement they said they could not replace it due to the 7-day replacement policy. I asked them for an international warranty, they asked me to ship the laptop to Dubai. lenovo support is saying that the warranty is not international.
