Got pair alpaca mens sock piles of the material a hole started after wearing 4 or 5 times i contact them they have a life time warranty they told me they would send me a new pair but I have to pay for shipping I said I got a pair of socks that are defective and I have to pay for that they should just pay do to the defective they arent being fair if that's the case if the alpaca material doesn't last ill be paying for shipping often not very good quality I would not recommend buying from this company that type of is not fair to the consumer

I placed a order September 27 2026 as of 23 days later still have not received paid for 2-3 day shipping which is all I got was order shipped. Each correspondence saved and they say in transit or needed to clear customs it has been in same spot for 3 days and latest is still in California they want to make sales maybe they need to work on time frame of actual delivery wont place another order. Quick to take your money but other than that nothing fast about them at all.

Products came quickly, look well made, feel great and fit perfectly. I will order from them again! I got two women’s baselayer shirts. They look good enuf to wear as shirts by themselves

I had ordered a women's hoodie. I very carefully washed it as instructed. The garment shrank to the size of a small child's apparel. I reached out numerous times to PAKA and even sent pictures. Each time I did they asked for more information. As a working adult you can imagine I do not have time to go back and forth with them. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

I bought one of their hoodies. It was so soft! But one day of hiking with a backpack and the whole back part is pilled horribly. They only allow returns on unused clothing, and no where to complain.

I ordered some pants a week ago with the two day shipping and every time you try and talk to somebody it’s like they copy and paste the same thing and send it to. They should take off the two day shipping because it’s never gonna be two days. Maybe when I actually get my package then I will change this review after wearing them but until then this is what I am giving them.

Received my hoodie within a week of ordering. It is truly soooo soft and warm. The fit is true to size. Very happy with the company and their product!

Stay away from this business. 1.) if you give them a low star review, it never gets posted, 2.) it takes them 4 days to respond to a question and they never really answer the question, 3) they use 3rd party shippers which take twice as long to get to you instead of using common shippers like USPS, UPS or FedEx. 4.) It does not have a BBB rating in Missouri. 5.) You will also notice that there is no way to contact them on their website.

My jacket zipper broke after only two weeks. Tried fixing it and the cost was covered, but the solution wasn't durable. Since the jacket was in good shape and only had a minor flaw, I asked for a discount voucher (sustainability and minimal waste in mind) for a sweater (for myself) and a jacket (for my partner). They could give me 40% discount but only for one item. When considering the extra shipping the price would be too steep. And if I wanted a replacement item, I'd still have to cover the international shipping (which is quite high). I felt this was unreasonable that I'd gave to pay extra for their faulty product. We never came to an agreement but I want to warn all international customers, I think (sadly) it's better to shop somewhere else with better warranties.

This is the worst $165 you can spend on a hoodie. The quality control of the material is awful. Its beyond belief. The 1st purchase was in April of this year. 2 weeks into using it there was a whole in the back. Paka replaced the item. The 2nd one I hand washed with cold water last week and laid to dry on a towel as instructed. The whole damn thing shrunk. Paka gave me instructions on how to rewash it and minimize the shrinkage. Their steps unfortunately did not work. Please don't waste your money on this absolute piece of crap product. It's disgusting that these products are being sold online to unsuspecting buyers for a lot of money. Horrible quality control. I

I would never recommend Paka Apparel to anyone based on my experience.
I spent over $1,000 with this company, and I never received my order. When I contacted customer service, I was given the runaround for more than 10 days instead of receiving meaningful assistance. I repeatedly explained that the package had not been delivered to me, but I was continually told that the carrier marked it as delivered.
Despite the value of my order, Paka offered no reasonable resolution. They refused to issue a refund or send a replacement, leaving me responsible for a package I never received. As a customer who spent over $1,000 with their company, I expected them to stand behind their products and their customers. Instead, I was met with delays, canned responses, and a complete lack of accountability.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering placing a large order with Paka Apparel, I strongly encourage you to think twice. If something goes wrong with your shipment, don’t expect the company to help make it right.

I love my Paka sweater and juat ordered a 2nd one. I have also gifted sweaters to family who fell in love and have gifted to others.

the sweater is VERY soft! if i had one criticism, it's that the sleeves are too long. This is common with unisex clothing, though.

Item fall apart after a few use. Customer service refuse to take responsibility.

Great sweater- just don’t wash it. Followed directions and it went form a XL to a Large at best. Customer service basically said too bad. Will donate it since I can’t get it on.

Don’t understand the hate in these reviews. I’ve ordered a number of items without a problem. Love the hoodies. I’ve reached out to their customer service with quick responses. I’ll order again.

I ordered something on March 7, 2026 and it is March 21, 2026 and a 8 day promise turned into missing a birthday gift. I contacted customer service and they provide moral support only. I need the product. I asked them to expedite it and they apologized for the delay and there is nothing we can do.

I've bought a lot of stuff from Paka, quality clothing, my go-to stuff for comfort. 1 item exchanged in 30 or so orders, and the exchange was hassle free. I don't understand all the negative reviews, I've got 0 complaints. Nothing but love.

My wife bought me a medium sized hoodie for Christmas. I wore it one time and then I washed it EXACTLY as recommended on the tag. It took days to dry and while this was happening I was concerned that it had shrunk significantly. My concern was confirmed when I tried to wear it. The hoodie had shrunk to more a toddler size from an adult medium. She emailed customer service and to summarize their response they told us how to wash it and then try to get it back to size. This seemed like way too much work that I should not have to do for a "quality" hoodie and we elected to forego this recommendation (as we had followed their wash instructions EXACTLY). She was back in touch with customer service and they offered to allow us to PURCHASE another one at a discount and they were going to throw in a pair of socks. This was not an acceptable resolution to the situation and we asked for a refund as the hoodie is not wearable by me (but it may fit a toddler). Customer Service responded "we're unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items that were damaged during washing. Our previous offer is still available if you would like to take advantage of it".

I give Paka Hoodies 1 Star (because I cannot choose zero).

As for me, I will avoid this brand due to the customer service and the products.

I hate their customer service. Their clothing is great but good luck if you ever need to exchange or return. My grandmother bought me a sweater for Christmas from there and she was so excited that I didn’t have the heart to tell her the coloring wasn’t good for me and the size was too big. I tried reaching out and gave them the name, address and photos of the item and they said they couldn’t exchange without her email too because they couldn’t find the order number. I don’t know what email she used for the order but after like 4-5 back and forth emails I was done with it. It’s clearly their product,I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted a different color and size

I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Bought a coat about a month and a half ago. Draw string on the hood broke in the first week. Contacted the company- started a return. Sent pictures, gave order numbers. They said they received my request..... then....nothing. Recontacted the company 2 weeks later. Same run around, "Submit your return online".
I did.
Again.
Nothing.
Reached out again 2 weeks later. Same thing. I have given up at this point.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
