absolutely horrible customer service. almost non-existent. need to return an item but they will not respond. Beware!!

What a horrible company when it comes to customer support. They simple just don't respond to emails FOR WEEKS. I had to open a case with paypal to get the refund. No updates about product shipping FOR WEEKS. Its like buying something from China.

Placed order on 9/17. As of 10/8, order still hasn't been shipped. It's ridiculous that it takes forever to process the order, and then I have to wait even longer whenever they finally ship it. On their website, their contact and FAQ links are broken so can't even reach out to them for the issue.

I tried to contact them three different times about an issue their product but got no response. The last time I asked them to just respond to make sure they got my request. I double checked my contact information which was correct. I sent myself an email and it went through.
"No regrets" does not ring true in my case.
Hopefully if you buy their product it is satisfactory because there doesn't seem to be any custmer service.
Go somewhere else. There are other manufacturers that are just as good.

It is 2023, COVID is over and there is no excuse for the processing/shipping times this company has. Expect to wait almost two weeks from time you place order to time you receive your order. That’s just insane especially for a company whose products you can get at Target or on Amazon. I wouldnt have paid order if I had known that and of course they disclose that information on a totally separate page which is hiding the information until after you order. That’s just ridiculous and they even know it. They put in their shipping times that it will take 3-4 days just to process your order and another 5-7 business days to receive. Ummm you think typing that up would be a red flag for them but apparently they are ok with being the slowest shipping company ever. I have ordered products from overseas that have come faster then my order with Pair of Thieves.

I bought their socks from Target, I really liked them so when they had a sale I bought a few pairs from their website, I get no notifications for 2 months then they just cancel the order out of nowhere.

Pair of Thieves has poor quality control and very poor customer service. Purchased some socks from Target. One pair had a hole in them. Contacted them through their website and they wouldn't help me because I Purchased from Target and not their website. Explained how I was disabled and would be difficult for me to get back to Target. No help offered. So I sent them an email and never got a reply. Must be the same person that reads the email's that answers the chat. Very unhelpful. Don't believe they like their job at all. Dosen't seem like the 3 owners have much to do with the company other than collecting the cash. All this because they are too cheap to send out a pair of socks that must have cost them pennies to make. Too busy claiming to make donations to homeless to worry about taking care of their customers. Prices are high but I wouldn't mind paying if they backed their product. Guess they just blew my off because it's only a pair of socks.

Ordered 9 pairs of socks, website said they were in stock, all good. Just got an email 10 days later saying "your order has been canceled." Apparently these items weren't in stock and nobody could be bothered to let me know BEFORE this time had elapsed? Like how about when I ordered?!? Socks are out of stock everywhere now. Also I ordered a shirt and pants that I don't even like. After 10 days, still not here. You can't trust these folks. HATE this experience. Horrible customer service. Will never bother to try again!

Loved the black tank top. Did not like the white one since it was see-through. So, they refunded it quickly and I didn't even have to return it! Awesome customer service!

Bought socks, arter one week of use ready for the trash can, slips under heel all the time.WAY too expensive taking quality in account.

This product is not made in America. Thanks pair of thieves for worrying about how much money you can put in your pockets as opposed to making the product in the US and putting American citizens to work. They’ll be hitting $100 million in sales this year and cannot open the factory in America so as to lift some of the people who used to work in the American textile industry. If people had half a brain that would boycott these companies making clothes in places like China and Vietnam and Indonesia where they make a pair of socks for $1.50 and sell them for $20 I would never buy clothing from a company that produces everything overseas and then sells it to Americans next time we see homeless people wandering the streets that can’t get a job it is these people that are the cause of this

Dont order from them unless you want your money stolen and never receive anything. Youve been warned!!

After washing per instructions the front of the waistband keeps rolling over. I contacted the company stated they recommend buying one size larger. Kind of late to tell me now that I have 9 pair. I have a 32 waist and I bought size 31-33. Would not refund since packages were opened

I placed my order on 7/5/2020 and paid 11.63 for priority shipping. I immediately sent an email asking when my order would be delivered. I never received an answer, only vague information on shipping that is on their site. My other email stated that if I could not receive my order BEFORE Friday, I wanted it cancelled. I explained that I was leaving town and packages get stolen off porches so I needed to know if it would be delivered by Thursday. It's not that hard to give out specific information. So disgusted with your customer service and company.
UPDATE: I'm back from my vacation and the package was held at the post office, thank goodness. I ordered these items PRIORITY MAIL to take with me on my trip and because your company did not answer my emails and PRIORITY MAIL took 7 days, I now need to return these.
I wasted $11.63 to get items I did not receive in time and NOW I see there isn't a return paid label. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEMS! Avoid this company unless you can WAIT for your order and know its the correct size.

9/4/2020: UPDATE-I have sent 2 more emails requesting my refund. I received an email this morning stating they would refund the 49.00 (minus the 11.63 PRIORITY SHIPPING CHARGE that took 7 days to arrive). I'm waiting now to see if the return funds actually happens. And NOTE: just how long this process has taken, including all the time I've spent emailing and waiting. 7/5 - 9/4 and still do not have the money refunded.

The company sent incorrect items. The items do not match the order I placed. To fix the issue they want ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING to return the items that are incorrect. They made the mistake and want me to pay to fix it! They also ONLY have an email to contact for issues with your order, so resolving an issue takes days and days! This simple problem could have been fixed with a simple phone call.

Uber Comfortable. There's a lot of options for socks and underwear online you won't find in stores. Pair of Thieves gear is well made, breathes great and is incredibly comfortable. I dig the style as well. I was reminded to write a review as I was wearing another brand of socks today which are what I call "quitters" - socks that don't stay put, and that never happens with my Pair of Thieves socks, some of which are at least 4 years old. Definitely a 5-star brand, 2 big toes way up!
