Whatever you do do not order from them. I ordered over $100 in product it took 6 weeks to get here I emailed the company three times asking for tracking number all I got was it was on the way. When it finally arrived the numbers weren't even visible I can put in pictures below if needed then I asked for a refund they wanted pictures of what I was speaking about I sent it to them 12 emails later they only refunded me back $30 even though they were all messed up.

I would give a zero if I could- had to wait 6 weeks for order to arrive and then some paints were missing. The standard of the painting is not for adults as advertised. Also I ordered the already framed, it can withstand diy frame- they will not refund and refuse to give a return address and or label. Would never order again.

ordered two products (custom paint by number) under their 2 for 1 special.. The order arrived late and the second product wasn't delivered at all. After 2 months of discussing with customer service, they refused to send it. Quite disappointing to not get what I'd ordered but their customer services was also extremely slow which was frustrating

UPDATE - Their communications whilst slow initially is very good now and they are sorting the issue. Delivery times are long. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive the product is good, however half of my order was missing and there has been no response to the emails I have sent. By all accounts these are a drop shop so it's not their product.

Ordered 2 custom prints at 15:48 on the aforementioned date but cancelled the order an hour later 16:48. Website clearly states to inform them straight away if cancelling an order.

The order was processed the following morning 06:46 22/11/24 and after I reached out I finally received an email from them on the 25/11/24 telling me a refund was not possible due to the time elapsed between placing the order and cancelling. Additionally I was sent screenshots in another email showing conflicting times and claiming that I did not request a cancellation until 00:48 22/11/24. This is completely false as I have the evidence and subsequently sent them screenshots from my emails.

I have been back and forth ever since, sent numerous screenshots and evidence including their own refund policy. This states that if you are unhappy then you can send goods back for a full refund. I have been told that contrary to this no refund will be possible.

Since then they have stopped communicating via. Email and reverted all communication to their chat or on the website.

I have not received any refund or the goods I paid for.

I wish I’d read up on this sham before parting with my money. Believe me when I tell you the service is non existent and communications delayed and contradictory to the policies advertised.

Order was said to be received within 5-10 days of clearing customs. I contacted the company and they stated I would have to just wait for the order. I finally received it over a month after my order. I paid for shipping with my order to find out the shipping they sent was counterfeit and I had to pay additional shipping fees. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They claim they are ethical and legit and they truly are not.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Purchased from them in March 2024, followed up in late May where they said they were having product delays. Followed up to the only contact info available olivia @paintly.store in June and again July, emails are bouncing back saying the domain no longer exists. The site is still up and happy to take people’s money though! Absolute scam

Checking reviews of this company is very disappointing.
I have ordered twice, should have waited for first order as now I have sent money twice to find out that they are a scam.
I have attempted to contact them but get no response. Over a month since first order and absolutely no contact.
Orders on their site show “unfulfilled “ on both so obviously I am not going to get them.
I will approach my Visa company to report them.
Such a disappointment as I have bought many paint by numbers from overseas companies and never been scammed before. There are some sad people in this world. Christine Kemp

It is a scam company, I ordered in April but now it is June. I tried to contact them in every way and on all platforms but did not receive anything. their email always shows the address not found. I reported my credit card so they could get my money back. I advise you not to buy from here if you do not want to lose money and time.

I'd leave 0 stars if i could. Product never was never shipped and communication is awful.
I had 1 email response, but the rest of my emails (including my cancellation and refund request) have not been responded to.
It's been 12 weeks.
I would have been happy if they'd just cancelled the order and apologised.

I ordered at the beginning of March I was lucky I received an email saying there is a production delay but i haven’t heard anything else I’m still waiting for my purchase and my emails are ignored I won’t be recommending this company to anyone. My order is #OP348762 I would like a refund now.

I placed an order with Paintly Store on March 31st, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite sending numerous emails inquiring about the status of my order, I have received absolutely no response from the company.

My order number is OP348951, and it's particularly disheartening because I purchased the item as a gift that I need by May 12th. With no information provided by Paintly Store, I'm left uncertain whether I'll receive it in time.

The lack of communication and transparency from Paintly Store is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and assistance when needed, especially when there's a delay in receiving my order.

At this point, I'm left with no choice but to request a refund so I can purchase the item elsewhere. It's disappointing to have to take this course of action, but I can't afford to wait indefinitely without any assurance from Paintly Store.

I hope Paintly Store takes customer service seriously and improves its communication processes in the future. As it stands, I cannot recommend this store to others based on my experience.

Don’t order this website is a scam. It’s been months still haven’t got my order. And they won’t refund me they keep saying it will be posted but yet my order status is unfulfilled and it’s not been posted. Olivia seems like a robot using AI to respond- emails like she is resolving my issue but my order never gets posted!!

I ordered a gift for Christmas Dec. 11, 2023. 2 weeks later I tried to cancel the order at least twice. The company did not cancel it. I got a similar item on Amazon and received it in 2 days! The item from Paintly arrived Jan. 5, too late for Christmas. I will NEVER order from this company again!

My purchase experience with them has been smooth. I love the designs they have, which is a lot by the way. I also appreciate their customer service, because they're friendly and nice. If you don't receive response within 24 hours it's prolly because they are receiving lots of queries, so try other social platforms. Anyway, it's a company I really trust.

Same message as everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. No replies to any emails, or correspondence. No package received yet and not even been dispatched - doubt it ever will be! Complete scam artists who rob people’s money.

Paid for 2 of their paint by numbers kits (non custom) with 2-9 day shipping over a month ago- still not received them

Sent their customer support 2 emails a week apart- No response

In the process of claiming the money back through my bank as fraud

Do not buy from here. I placed an order back in November and it is yet to be dispatched. Customer service is shocking, I have to email at least 3 times to get a reply. Still have no update on my order apart from their customer service saying there were 'custom issues'. Only reason I gave 2 and not 1 star is because I got a refund as per their 30 day policy (after I requested it and confirmed that I wasn't cancelling the order).

I ordered a paint by number kit and received a tracking number. The tracking number was not real.
I emailed the support person, Olivia, about 5 times.
Never got a response.
Do not buy from this company!
