We used Painless Removals 25 years ago to move house and a quarter of a century later they were just as good. Peter, Mike and Ra were a great team to work with and made our house move as painless as possible.

Very efficient. Booked them to move a heavy sofabed from my home to a relative's house. They were due to arrive earlier this afternoon but got delayed on their previous job. They phoned me to keep me well informed and updated with the time to expect them and asked if that was okay or would I prefer to rebook for another day. They arrived at the expected time, took great care carrying it downstairs and have delivered it safely. Would most definitely recommend them.

They have a great team at Painless Removals. We booked in for an office move and the whole process was easy, they showed up on time and got stuck in straight away. This took a lot of stress away from the whole project.

What more to say then true to the name. Jay was seriously accommodating to fit us in and was always quick to reply. He sorted us with their legendary large van and Mike and Callum arrived promptly on the morning ready to go! Van loaded in 2 hours and unloaded in a hour at the other end once we got the keys! Seriously impressive and the price was best on the market. Couldnt fault and don't look elsewhere for moving needs.

Jay and his team made our move so easy and stress free, it was a pleasure to have them in our house. Communication was brilliant from the very start - Jay came round to our house to assess how much space we would need to transport our things (definitely recommend doing if you want to avoid nasty surprises later, which we saw on our vendors side...) and gave us a really reasonable quote. Our items were moved and packaged up safely and considerately with specialist equipment (mattress protectors, picture bags etc.) so we were never in doubt that everything would make it to the other side unharmed. It makes so much difference having a lovely team moving your valued possessions, so we couldn't be more grateful to Painless Removals for their absolutely faultless service.

I employed this firm for a flat move within Bristol. Whereas some other firms had extra charges for moving items, everything was covered by one reasonable fee declared on the web site. Their communication in advance was very helpful. On the day itself the team were very professional and coped extremely well with unexpected problems that came up. I couldn't be happier with my move.
