I've been following Paget's programs for two years now, and I can honestly say they have been better than any therapist I've ever worked with. Her work has guided me through a deep transformations, my mindset has completely shifted, my health has improved, and I've experienced a true change in identity.
Through Paget's activations and teachings, I've released old patterns,found the courage to make choices outside my comfort zone, and brought light to the shadows within myself (I'm still working on some, but now I see them with more compassion).
I feel like I've become a new version of myself: more confident, aware, and connected to my inner truth. I'm deeply grateful for Paget's wisdom and energy. Her work doesn't just inspire you, it truly changes your life.

I participated in Quantum October - a challenge where I had to face myself more than ever before. I'm not new to energy work but I seemed to have hit an invisible wall when it comes to my next shift, and this popped up exactly when I needed it. It gave me guidance and community, and kept me accountable.

I found Paget's instructions throughout the challenge to be very clear, questions and reflections were thought provoking, and with the help of community there were so many more realisations about myself which I wouldn't have considered before. That alone helped me change my perspective and attitude about certain areas of my life and it has changed the way I move day to day. Paget absolutely delivers even more than she promises - this was an absolute deal to begin with, and yet she kept giving us more and more as we moved through the challenge.

Quantum October escalated my manifestation by 10x. I got a scholarship of 6000 pounds and an offer letter within a week! The university mentioned that it will take more than a month in writing but it arrived so early! I was SHOCKED!!!! The same happened with other processes of moving abroad too. The whole process happened within 2 months and I am moving to LONDON in Jan 2026. I also saved nearly $500 in loan because I spoke and courageously asked them to remove it. The previous version of me would have just stayed quiet and accepted it but this time I spoke up and stood for me! I am negotiating more and tapping into the abundance. I joined a spontaneous instagram live with a creator I admire and love with 200k followers. There were 300 people in the live and I got a lot of hate but I was able to stay and I reminded myself of Paget's words of 20 second courage. I just did it!

When you work with Paget and dedicate yourself to the process, it is impossible not to transform yourself!! I have been working with Paget for nearly two years, and I have excitedly and gratefully taken basically all of her offerings. From the person I was when I started to who I am now - is completely unrecognizable. Self-love, confidence, abundance, and my efficacy has grown immensely over this time period. I have shifted monumentally at the core level over and over again. And will continue to do so as I embody and implement this practice for life.

This work is unlike no other. And it requires dedication, commitment, and an incredible ability and desire to take accountability for your life and deep, objective self-awareness. When you do so, your life WILL transform!!

Frequency work truly is the framework to learn as a foundation to all other self-development, spirituality, and energy healing practices. When you learn the process (which can take time – well, it did for me), you will shift in unimaginable ways. This work is based in quantum mechanics/physics and is totally its own thing. It can seem off the wall if you are not open to it. But if you give yourself the energy, time, and dedication to the practice – You HAVE to transform.. It’s physics!!!

I highly recommend working with Paget, she holds incredible integrity and truly is “in the trenches” with us elbows deep in the work. She is transparent and open about her own processes and embodies the qualities of a true light leader pioneering the way and raising the collective’s frequency.

This is incredible and this is the ultimate truth to who ever is on path to enlightenment. Its like the literal before vs after moments of life working with Paget. Its a different realm which is so joyful to be present in it. This definitely is not for people who are not ready to see or face their truth, you gotta be courageous to see yourself fully.

I followed all of Paget’s courses over the past one and a half years, including her mastermind Quantum Shift Accelerator Experience. I can wholeheartedly say that I feel like a very different person now, much more confident, centred, clear and self-aware. Paget has an incredible ability to see people’s patterns. The work that she does is not anything that you could do on your own, regardless of how much information you might acquire. In her coaching, Paget is able to immediately see your blind spots, the patterns you were not even aware you had (until you see them so clearly right after), and helps you release them. Her great coaching quality is cracking precisely those tough nuts. Moreover, her lessons are truly valuable in themselves, covering a wide range of psychological blocks, defence mechanisms and patterns. She also brings a much greater perspective on what is possible and what it takes to achieve it. I believe that her energy work is truly powerful. However, if energy work is not something you can believe in, Paget’s courses are still worth it for the inevitable mindset shift that comes from sitting with her teachings. As a person, Paget is very genuine, inspiring and deeply caring, making you feel seen, understood and supported.

The work with Paget is an incredible life changer! 🔥 After three months I received 3K€ more, than I used to make, out of no where, and without working more, which for a lawyer, usually working its ass off 😅, is just truly amazing! But more than that, I can feel my life expand in every aspects! I am not the same person, I feel more connected than ever, and for the first time I feel that I do live my life 🤯, and that I have the power to change it with no limits ❤️‍🔥! Don’t get me wrong it is an intense experience and you have to commit to it 100%! Well I will say,if never, you have to commit to yourself entirely through it, it is so worth it!

The decision to work with Paget has been the best one I've made! Learning the blueprint, having her support and healing, being in this community have all shifted me in ways I never could shift. And releasing old patterns Isn't an easy process but it's necessary, not just temporary relief, and really transforms who we are. Into our better versions. And I'm grateful she decided to share her experience and blueprint with the world 🧡

One of the best investment I’ve ever made for myself; I spend more than 10K++$ on my self development and healings journey but nothing come as far as working with Paget.

I used to be someone who has a lot of fear and a lot ego, perfectionist - i didn’t know how to go with the flow, a control freak, I didn’t really have great relationship with my parents, I reference my identity of men and lose my self here and there and after working with her I’m becoming more of myself more confident not just externally but internally, my relationship with myself change a lot I’m able to accept all parts of me I couldn’t before more compassionate more loving towards myself; my relationship with my family improve tremendously - I’m able to have a more grateful heart towards them our relationship is really great now; I’m able to forgive my dad and understand where my mom is coming from, I’m having great friends new company of great people, I’m able to do a lot of things in which I fear to do in the past I’m more compassionate as a person and stop playing victim, I’m focus more on my business and vision but not from the wrong foundation but from purpose and impact; even my physical reality changes again and again in different baseline of normal in terms of the things I’m able to afford and my house etc, I’m attracting more genuine people into my circle and most importantly I’m breaking my patterns daily and all of that is not without my consistent effort and ability to follow through with what Paget has given us.

Paget has spend part of her life dedicating to helping others becoming the best version of
themselves while lead by example and she herself is also going through the same thing just at a higher level. She’s not the type of person who would teach other people the technique that she used to become the best version of herself without applying it to herself. Healing is a life long journey - it’s not like magic wand or a quick fix where you can bypass the discomfort that asking you to step up or change. If you’re not even willing to just even take the time of the day to dedicate to the work and expect to manifest your dream life instantly - then this work may not be for you because even medicine requires you to consistently take it and monitor it.

Paget has given me the blueprint at core level,
and has help me become the best version of myself genuinely who I am at my core and I will always be grateful and thankful for that.

Wow, I have invested over 45k on myself when it comes to mindset, programs and working on my subconscious mind. But, what Paget does was the missing piece and the fastest one. I wished I would had started with her first. Her work and coaching works but you have to take accountability of your life and choices. You have to do the work. If you want to be a victim, blame the world or an easy pill to change your life in 1 day, then it's not for you. But for those who are ready to do the work, trust the process and take accountability, then I definitely recommend her courses and coaching programs.

I began working with Paget over a year ago, at a time when my life had completely fallen apart and I had no idea what was happening. At first, I was skeptical and, to be honest, I wasn’t really doing the exercises she suggested—I was resistant to the whole process.
But about six months ago, I decided to truly commit, and that’s when I started noticing profound and fundamental changes within myself.

The most valuable shift has been a complete transformation in my personality and perspective—how I see and respond to life. Situations that would have once overwhelmed me now feel like opportunities to pause, take accountability, and lean into a deeper knowing that I am safe, protected, and capable of using challenges as a way to grow, release old patterns, and break through limitations. It’s like she makes you remember and realize your own power. Things changed for me, an opportunity appeared, and everything else aligned for me to move to NYC, and I feel bigger things are on the way.

While there have been many benefits to working with Paget, what stands out most is the sense of discipline and inner authority I’ve developed. I no longer feel at the mercy of fate or external circumstances. Instead, I recognize that I have the power to create and shape my own reality. It is all about making you realize your true power and embracing it. It’s all about going beyond your comfort zone, stretching you beyond what you thought was possible for you. It makes you step into the fire and do it anyway when it’s so uncomfortable. This process is all about taking accountability, and only truly strong ones can do that.

I now look at very successful people and see that is all they have been doing - taking accountability, going outside their comfort zone, committing to their growth, going over their fear, and breaking through it. AND YES, not everyone can do it, not everyone will commit to this level of growth.

This work is not always easy—it asks you to face the deep, hidden patterns that hold you back. But it is also profoundly transformative, bringing you closer to your true, powerful essence.

Working with Paget has been the key I needed to unlock that mysterious door that has been blocking me from excelling in life. It turns out I wasn’t so far away, but the block seemed insurmountable. What’s really cool about working with Paget is that she is very honest about her own process. She doesn’t lecture; she is a participant.

I have done multiple of Paget's programs and can very much recommend them. Her approach is different from other coaches as she is teaching you how to connect to deeper roots and patterns of your issues. When you release them at the core the results are permanent instead of just manifesting mantras over it.

Her modules within the courses are well structured and easy to follow. There is always homework and exercises to anchor in the lesson. Her team is friendly and helpful.

However: If you are not willing to do the uncomfortable work and face yourself, this is not for you!

But if you are, you will connect to yourself on a deep level, see life completely differently and elevate to a higher version of yourself.

She is also just a very lovely person to be around and knows when to comfort you through a tough transition as well as push you to rely on yourself.

After years of talking therapies and tried multiple things to get better. My life changed for good as soon as I started to work with Paget.
I first started with a cheap program “Reset your reality” and wow. It reset your brain, it’s magical. I then signed up to her other programs and I love them all. It’s uncomfortable, you go through detox but then you wake up as a new person with less fear and less anxiety.
I sleep better than before.

If you want to learn how energy works, speed up your healing journey and improve your life in so many areas, Paget Kagy is the one. The past 5 years Ive been looking for something that actually works to propell me forward. QSA and Paget was the missing key. Ive tried almost all of her programs and I elevate every single time I revisit them. Taking the leap to work with her is the best choice Ive ever made.

So ngl, I'm skeptical in general but the idea of energy work was appealing because there are certain things I've noticed in my life, like, I tend to trigger negative, competitive, or otherwise unpleasant reactions from people and unintentionally as least consciously. Also despite having a good life I felt lost. Mid-life crisis maybe. So I signed up for Paget's QSA program. And just whoa. The lectures are interesting but the clearings are freaking amazing! People are so much kinder to me, and more open, for no apparent reason except to say as Paget says, it's all energy and her clearings/activations change something at this weirdly deep unconscious level. Life just feels sort of easier? I don't know how to explain it. But go try it - if you commit to it, it will be one of the most valuable investments in yourself.

I signed up for the October challenge after seeing this person all over my socials and buying into these glowing reviews (which i now realise are fake).
My inbox is now flooded with 10 emails a day, I then had to download Telegram, which takes you to Youtube - so all this is a ploy to increase her following. She talks incessantly about why things haven't worked for you, and what will happen if you shifted x and y etc. There is no 'energy clearing', there are apparently four-hour live sessions - who has the time to do those?
The Telegram channel is a nightmare, lots of chats and messages, but nothing that's actually useful, and the emails are all marketing spam. I have spent 30 mins and I can't find anything useful in the Telegram channel or emails.

Paget's course has been probably the most important thing that I've done for myself. Saying that, I have tried different modalities, including traditional therapy, energy work and psychodelics.
QSA has been both something that helped me integrate and understand most of my past experiences and learnings, and a source of tools to experience my reality more consciosusly, more joyfully and more freely.
I've gained a lot of respect and faith when it comes to myself through this time and as I countinue this work after the course has ended, I can see how much time and money and frustration it has saved me.
And the people that I've met in this container turned out to be very, very valuable connections.
What I really like about Paget is that she's very down to earth and gracefully honest.
I'm very grateful to have met her and have her as my teacher. I truly don't know how my life would turn out, if it weren't for learning from her.

The frequency clinic was the biggest gift to myself! Paget is simply amazing and her work and guidance can literally shift your experience in life. I am seeing now the world differently, feels like the rules of universe were explained to me and you feel the change IMMEDIATELY. What else to say..
I wish I could have done it 20 years ago to gain all this time!!

I know its cliche, but I can only describe QSA as a truly life-changing program.

Prior to joining it, I was single for over three years, struggling in my career, and unmotivated about my life in general.
Fast forward to half a year later--I am currently in a stable relationship with a partner with whom I share a bond like I've never experienced before; I am experiencing strong bursts of creativity and passion in my career on a daily basis; and I just feel much more hopeful and confident about my future.

The main thing I would say that distinguishes QSA from other programs is its balance between practicality and theory. It provides a deep perspective and explanation on the way we view the world and the problems that we currently may have; but also offers hands-on methods that promise rapid & effective shifts in our lives.

Paget is an amazing coach who can quickly assess our issues, provide down-to-earth and constructive feedback, while keeping us focused and motivated throughout the entire course.

I recommend QSA for... well, anyone really! This course is structured in a beginner-friendly way--no difficult jargon, no pre-requisite learning, etc.-- so even if this is your first "self-improvement" sort of program, it will surely serve as a solid foundation for the rest of your life. On the other hand, if you have tried a bunch of other things in the past but feel nothing has worked for you, I would still recommend this course as your "last resort".

Of course, its very important to have an open-mind and commitment to make the best out of the program. But you will be part of a community of other like-minded and supportive participants, with whom you may make life-long connections that surpass way beyond the 3-month container.
