Great Rackets, Great Service!
I've recently purchased a couple of squash rackets from Padelspeed for a brilliant price, and also had a really positive experience with their customer service team! Upon checking out, I realised that I'd mistakenly only added one racket to the order. I contacted Padelspeed via Web Chat explaining the issue and was responded to within minutes. They simply sent over a balancing invoice to pay and the additional racket was added to my existing order. Great service! :)

My padel was delivered but left outside…
My padel was delivered but left outside my front door. The box was so battered I expected the padel to be damaged but it was OK when I opened it. The padel is great.

Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism
I recently purchased a squash racket from Padelspeed, and although the parcel was unfortunately lost due to the courier’s mishandling, I have to say the way this situation was handled by the shop was truly outstanding.
From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they took full responsibility for resolving the issue, even though the fault clearly lay with the courier. Joel, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed every step of the way and processed my refund quickly once it was clear the parcel could not be retrieved.
Their professionalism, care, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Despite the lost parcel, I will absolutely shop with Padelspeed again in the future. It’s rare to find a business that truly values its customers the way they do.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning for my next purchase!

Called me to say they only had 1 racket and will send the other I ordered once in. To call me rather than email me, puts them in a different league already

Not the best customer experience

The purchase price has been refunded to me, less the initial carriage cost £5.95.

Thank you for the feedback, Graham. We have taken this on board and we have actually just changed our delivery service to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible in future! Sorry it took a while for you, but we are aiming for next day delivery for most orders as standard moving forwards now we are settled in new premises here in Cardiff so that will make for a much better customer experience.
