I have still not received any communication from customer service and I have emailed them 3 times now for advice. I would not trust this firm, they have not even left a comment on my review. Avoid them, I'm just glad I didn't place an order and wasted my money.

But the bank declined the payment so i got my money back but no recommendations!!!
The site is a scam, placed an order but low and behold, it never arrived. I should have taken more precautions, all the accreditation on the bottom of the webpage is just images pulled from elsewhere, you can't click them to see. Dates and other info are incorrect on the site as well. Do some research, but avoid these guys like the plague.
And to the owner, if you'd like to respond to this, as you have with all other reviews, please include the link to your BBB accredited business rating

Hello Chris. We didnt receive any order from you on the 3rd of Dec. Please send proof of order with our website link showing on the order as there are other stores out there that are not related to our store. I also checked your profile and all I have seen in your reviews is negative reviews, Do you mean to say you have never had a good customer service from any other website where you can give them positive reviews or you are just sad and need help? You should learn to create positive reviews for companies that have treated you well or you mean to say you havent had any company that has treated you well at all? Well our main focus is on you claiming to have placed an order on the 3rd of dec on packwoods.online without any proof. please revert with your proof so we can proceed from there. Thank you

Probably a scam like every other packwoods website, refuses to prove they have any product or show proof of purchase. Just get "find another vendor or make an order" no where online points to this being legit apart from suspicious reviews that are most likely paid for and a 50% trust rating on scam advisor...
And now you call MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE of YOUR live chat fake or from another website. NO. THIS WAS YOU. I asked for proof of product or sale before I made an order and was met with nothing but rudeness.. keep scamming people. It's pathetic.
