They offer a range of different products, which is refreshing. Even after not having the Disney Lorcana sets up on the website, they managed to find some for me at a great price, which was absolutely above and beyond.

Seemed promising at first but it’s a new business and they’ve over sold their supposed allocations each time. Each release supposedly gets delayed and in over 6 months I’m yet to receive any ‘cases’.
Each time I’ve had to chase them for updates and there was 0 transparency and communication. Today I decided it was enough and requested a refund. They proceeded by blocking me on all the socials.
I messaged the people running it and they blocked me too. AVOID THIS SCAM. They’re rude af especially after I supported them whilst they were starting up.
Do NOT recommend.

We’re sorry for the delay on your order. As a new business, we experienced unexpected issues with supplier allocations, which led to longer wait times than anticipated. That’s on us, and we take full responsibility for not meeting the standard we aim to provide.
We did offer a full refund on multiple occasions, which you initially declined while choosing to wait. Following continued delays, we again offered a refund and reached out directly via email after communication channels were restricted.
At the point a chargeback was raised, we were no longer able to continue direct communication, in line with our policies. We understand how frustrating delays and limited communication can be, and we’re actively improving our processes to ensure better transparency and fulfillment timelines going forward.
We regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations and have taken this as a learning opportunity to improve how we operate as we grow.
Was very responsive at first and now all communication is down. Website and email included. Was told I could request a refund at any time due to the delay, but now there is no way to get in touch and it has been over the 60 days to dispute with credit card company.
UPDATE: This seller seems to be nothing but lies.
1) I did not initiate the chargeback yet. I was guaranteed by my bank that I would be able to get my money back, so i figured i would give it some time.
2) ZERO emails were received regarding an update to the website, and even then, when websites are updated they should not be fully taken off the server for multiple days.
3) I sent emails to the support team over a course of 5 days and every email said failed to reach.
4) I never left them a 5 star review to begin with. I planned on it if I received the order.
DONT GET SCAMMED DEALING WITH SHADY PEOPLE. COMMUNICATION MAY SEEM GOOD AT FIRST, but plenty of red flags are more than enough of a reason why you shouldn’t gamble your money dealing with FRAUDS.
TAKE MY ADVICE, do not deal with them.

At the time of your order, there was a delay due to a larger-than-expected allocation. This was communicated to you, and you agreed to proceed with the extended timeframe rather than accept the option of a full refund, which remained available to you.
Following this, a chargeback was opened with your bank. As outlined in our policies, once a chargeback is initiated, we are unable to continue processing or fulfilling the order, and communication is handled in line with the chargeback procedure.
We understand your frustration, especially given the time that has passed. However, the claim raised with your bank is now the appropriate channel for resolution, and they will be able to advise you on the next steps required.
Our website is also currently offline for maintenance, which was communicated to customers via email, and will be back online shortly.

Your order was initially cancelled and fully refunded due to a chargeback claim raised with your bank after the shipment had been allocated. After we spoke, the chargeback was closed and your order was reprocessed and prepared for dispatch. However, a second chargeback was then opened after dispatch, which resulted in the shipment being recalled.
Due to the repeated chargeback activity, we are unfortunately unable to fulfil your order in line with our policies. Your bank has already provided guidance on the steps required to resolve the matter from your side.
We understand your frustration at not receiving your order. However, given the circumstances surrounding the chargebacks, we do not feel that a 1-star review accurately reflects the situation.
We would also like to reassure you and others reading this that our website is temporarily offline for maintenance. This has been communicated to all customers via our email newsletter, and the site will be back online shortly.
If you would like to resolve this matter further, please follow the instructions provided by your bank or contact us directly.
Overall a really good experience from start to end everything went smoothly and the order arrived earlier than expected
