I used to order matching sets from Pack Leashes for my dogs and always had good experiences, which is why I referred my sister to them. Unfortunately, both of her orders had issues, including sizing errors made by the company. Customer service was extremely disappointing; Jessica was rude and blamed my sister for a mistake that wasn’t hers.

For a company that promotes “100% satisfaction,” the experience did not reflect that at all. After two bad experiences in a row, my sister is done ordering from them, and sadly we can’t recommend this company anymore.

I discovered their pet referral program through an Instagram ad and placed an order in late September 2024, drawn by their positive reviews. The next day, I was informed the item was out of stock and offered alternatives. I chose to wait for the promised two-week restock, but delays continued repeatedly until January 2025. Despite this, their website does not indicate when items are unavailable, which feels deceptive given the time and money spent on a nonexistent order.
