Hicimos un pedido de papel impreso con nuestro logo y recibimos al cabo de dos meses un producto completamente equivocado. Hemos mandado varios mails pidiendo que nos lo solucionen y no lo solucionan, el pedido fue el mes de marzo y seguimos con el problema y ni tansolo son capaces de reembolsarnos el dinero. UNA ESTAFA

I have had a very good experience with packhelp. They have provided me with a very suitable box several times. No prints or colour, just the box, so I wouldn’t know how their other products och services are.

One of my products was never delivered. I contacted help and sent many emails asking for help. I have never recieved a response, and have never recieved the missing product I paid for.

After a first successful batch, I had an awful experience. I got a quote, I paid for it, then they came back with a new quote almost 2x more expensive.

Customer service was not helpful.

I changed my order to go back to the old quote, and they kept asking for a higher quote.

Also, once I got the delivery, they printed with the wrong colors. Now they are even refusing to find any agreement.
