I purchased a zip shirt, it took about 12 days to receive which was ok but I ordered dark green and got light blue, which I was pretty certain I didn’t order so I contacted them to return or exchange, “Kyle” discouraged this and instead offered discount on a new purchase so I took this, ordering a different style and charcoal color, but being very careful this time to make sure I got the right color, of course they sent me light blue again!! This company is a scam, do not buy from them, unless you enjoy potluck surprise with clothes colors.

The confirmation emails has the wrong products I ordered do not send until it gets resolved

Every single time (3 times on a row), I was placing an order and finishing checking out, the URL window disappeared from my iPhone screen and the transaction wasn’t executed.
This experience never has happened before, although, I have placed hundreds of orders through online retailers.

I placed an order for 4 items on 10/10/2025 and did not receive them until 11/2/2025. The quality of the items shown online are misleading and 2 of the items were much too small. Ordered 2xl and they fit like they were larges. I should have known better that buy from a company I found on Facebook.

My two shirts were too small. They told me just keep them or donate them which I will and send them the cost to ship me to two new ones and that’s what I’m doing. Kyle did a great job and taking care of my situation and I definitely recommend them!

Ordered the product as it looked nice and comfortable in the pictures/nice colors, but the arrived the sizing was off was very cheap quality (fabric wasn't soft/comfortable it was nearly all polyester) . Tried to return and the response was they would provide a 30% refund because they don't have a warehouse outside of China. Donated to product to Goodwill still in package!!!!

It seems this is one of those Chinese or offshore brands who doesn't make the actual product until ordered. Ordered on 9/21. Still not received. Tried to cancel and they said they will refund a little after it arrives. Didn't even address my cancellation request. Not even sure it will arrive at this point. No tracking info either. A few red flags.

I ordered a shirt and shorts. It took forever to fill the order. In the interim, I sent a contact email to the company asking the company to update my delivery address to my current address. Autofill put my old address in the delivery spot. I received an email that they cannot change the address. I would have to do it with the delivery company. I followed the link provided, and the delivery company had no record of the items being mailed. I had no idea when the items would be mailed. The next time I checked, it said the items had been delivered. I asked for a refund and the company refused to provide a refund. Do not order from this company.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. Ordered a shirt, it took 3+weeks to arrive, and it was NOTHING like the shirt I ordered. DO NOT order from this company!!!!!!!

Quality products made from quality material. Everything I've bought (so far) has arrived quickly and actually looked just like it did online. The fit was right and they don't fall apart in the washer.

Order two quarter zips. When they arrived they are nothing like the pictures. Like bad Temu quality. Zippers are unbelievably cheap. Fabric quality is poor. A total ripoff!!! Don’t buy. Run don’t walk.

I love the products both in quality and selection. Getting these products takes a long time and wish you had the ability to expedite shipping and delivery

Shipping is horribly slow and the quality leaves lots to be desired. My advice is to steer clear of this merchant!

I really like the clothes. Very comfortable and high end. The clothes are very nice and fit my style.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Shorts look nothing like the photos, and quality is terrible! If you order from them then you are just giving away your money. I received a pair a shorts and they weren’t even hemmed or sewn all the way, and the shorts look cheap. Don’t do it!

While I haven’t received the products yet, the shopping experience was simple, efficient and clear. The size chart was helpful and the description of the items was informative. Hopefully, the quality and size are as advertised and the expectations are met which would be great!
