I pre-ordered a "How To Train Your Dragon: Toothless" snow globe in December 22, 2024 to be shipped out February 28, 2025. I have emailed several times with only one response stating they would check into the matter. First, email was sent on March 2, 2025, second email March 25, 2025, third email March 28, 2025, and fourth email April 1, 2025. I also tried the chat feature on April 1, 2025. The snow globe was for my nephew and cost $60. I prefer the snow globe, but I am more than willing to just get a refund. This is very disappointing.

*Edit (04/04/25): after writing this review I received an immediate resolution, which was a refund. I am changing the stars from 1 to 2, because it shouldn't take me writing a bad review to get adequate customer service.

I've been a longstanding customer and spending way too much on Vinyl toys , I emailed their support literally 5 minutes after placing an order to swap out an item for another of the exact same price.

I have ordered there 17 times and never requested anything.

They never responded to my email and after 7 days I followed up only to be greeted with a generic response claiming it was too late now and that I was out of luck.

They offered to return the unwanted item but that makes no sense when I had already paid the equivalent of the items price in shipping and duties which would obviously not be refunded if I returned the item.

They lack basic business sense to not offer a convenient solution for a recurring customer.

I held them in high regard in the past but I can honestly say they don't care about their customers if this is how they reward brand loyalty and spending thousands.

I would be very careful as if you are human and make any sort of mistep they may ignore you and offer terrible "solutions".

Buyer beware , customer is definitely not king at this place.

I pre-ordered a figure that was impossible to find elsewhere. Given I am based in the UK I was initially a little wary given the very reasonable price (inc postage and packing) and the fact the item had sold-out everywhere else.

I needn’t have worried - what great customer service! My item was dispatched and arrived very quickly despite the distance - and all with great comms from the Ozzie Collectables team from order to arrival.

Based on this purchase I will definitely use this business again - and highly recommend it to others.

A company in the UK over here recommended Ozzie collectibles as a place to get a hard to source 130pt booklet case for a card I had pulled in a box (autograph and relic booklet card).
For some reason nowhere in the UK sells a magnetic case for this type of card.
I was sceptical at first ordering from Australia but honestly Ozzie collectibles were so efficient that I would happily order from them again (and I probably will). Shipping was extremely fast despite the distance, Australia post kept me updated throughout and the whole process was more efficient than some of the local postage services over here! Item was packaged really well and even came protected with a load of scrunched up newspaper so I got to read some Australian news 😂 item undamaged and as described, 100% recommend Ozzie collectibles, really appreciate the top customer service and my card is now centre piece on my collection wall looking fresh and protected in its new case!

I have managed to get a lot of collectables I never thought I'd own and the shipping time across the world is incredibly reasonable and not hugely expensive considering!! Always extremely well packed and looked after couldn't be happier

Ordered multiple times. Really takes great care when it comes to packaging of the cards. The guys are awesome on live breaks.

Be warned. I ordered a figurine. Waited almost a month for it to be delivered, although I do accept I ordered shortly before Christmas and also I'm based in the UK. Paid £191 for the item and £38 in shipping fees, plus £56 in customs charges. Unfortunately the item was defective. Whilst Ozzie Collectables have refunded me the item cost, I had to pay the shipping charges to return the product, which were more expensive than the original shipping fees. Despite Ozzie Collectables repeatedly referring me to their terms and conditions to inform me they do not refund international shipping costs, this is not stipulated in their terms and conditions. In total I've paid over £100 pounds in fees that I will not get back. I will not use this company again. Customers should not be out of pocket returning a broken product. Disgraceful.

Fantastic customer service!! I emailed their customer service to amend my pre-order and swap a pop and got a quick response. Dayna was very helpful and was able to amend my order very quickly.
Highly recommend this company for all you funko pop needs with a great range to choose from.
