Excellent customer support with prompt replies, and I was kept updated about the delivery until I collected my new keyboard.

Top tier customer service from Jake. I bought an Evo75 and due to restocking I add to wait just a few more days, but what makes it stand out is the constant updates and even the flexibility to help the customer with other solutions.
Shipment from FedEx had a slight delay, not OZO's fault of course.
Gifts were included (Black November sale) in the package and very surprised when I saw matching colors with my keyboard configuration.

Will definetely buy keyboard related goodies from their store in the future.

Firstly I feel I have to admit to not generally writing reviews for the things I buy, but in the case of OZO Keyboards I simply had to make an exception.

This was my first time ordering anything from them & I must say it was an absolute pleasure. The level of service was flawless & I was kept informed on the progress of my order when appropriate.

The keyboard - in my case an Evo 75, which I thoroughly recommend! - arrived in perfect condition & was well packaged. It was delivered in a timely manner by Royal Mail, once it was back in stock - I was notified beforehand there would be a delay due to restocking, but that was acceptable to me & communication regarding this was excellent.

The combination of premium quality products at superb prices, makes OZO a company I will without doubt be doing more business with & you should too!

In summary: if you are looking to buy a keyboard or anything keyboard related & OZO has it for sale, do not hesitate to order!

Ordered an Evoworks Evo75 keyboard from Ozokeyboards and it has been exceptional from ordering to delivering and also answering some questions I had at the time of purchase. Took a bit of time to be delivered, which seeing as it is sent from the manufacturer to them and then repacked to the buyer, makes sense but it was well worth the wait. Not only service was fantastic but also packed some gifts together with my purchase - stellar service.

I bought a Rainy 75 keyboard, and the entire process was great! They were very helpful throughout all of it. I would recommend anyone to buy your keyboard from them.

I ordered some Akko rosewood switches and the Wave75. It stated on their page it could be between 5-12 days as some of the products are orderd from the manufacturer, so I was aware of the time for arrival. Unfortunately, the courier was slow to pick up the package (not the businesses fault) when it was dropped off but it eventually got here after a couple of weeks from ordering. Jake kept communication with me going throughout the whole process and even put some nice little gifts as a token of appreciation. The keyboard is phenomally nice and amazingly heavy for the price! Highly recommend Ozo Keyboards.

The Rainy75 keyboards are genuinely fantastic—the sound and feel are so satisfying that someone nearby turned off their noise-cancelling headphones to listen to the clicks.
Jake's communication throughout was excellent: responsive, helpful, and refreshingly personable. The generous extras included meant I could set up a second workspace, too.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality mechanical keyboards and proper customer service.

Ordered a fresh keyboard - received quickly, efficiently and kept up to date. The website was very easy to navigate and email communication was timely, polite and relevant. If you want a gaming keyboard this is where it is at!

I’ve ordered twice from ozo so far and both times the orders arrived in good time and in great condition. The shop owners are very professional and helped with making a choice on which keyboard switches to purchase. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I was hesitant about making a purchase from a distributor with only a few Trustpilot reviews, so emailed Ozo about the availability of the Rainy75. I didn't want to wait a long time and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be ripped off and either sold a dud or not receive anything at all.

I checked and the company is registered with Companies House in the UK and they have a London address. This information made me more confident to make a purchase.

The team got back to me quickly and explained that they had two colours of the Rainy75 in stock and, if I wanted a different colour, they would order it from Wobkey which would add 5-7 days to the delivery time. I was happy with one which they had in stock. I ordered the keyboard at 10am and received it the next day. Shipping was free to the UK.

They kindly included a Mintcaps YQ84 keyboard (no switches or keycaps) as a starter for building keyboards. This was a very nice touch as the Rainy75 is my first mechanical keyboard.

The Rainy75 is working perfectly and I'm typing this review as my first proper experience with it!

Didn’t even receive the keyboards had to wait a month just for them to say they are not sending them out 😂 terrible company

Took about a month to get here. The pieces are not a uniform height so the letter keys look and feel strange typing on. My fingers keep catching on the edges of the keys that are higher that the others. The letters, numbers, and symbols are also not printed very well some are slanted or missing part of the corners and it makes the whole keyboard look like it was pieced together from multiple kits. Some of the bottom edges of some keys are also not fully flush, with small bits of plastic sticking off. I had to sand a few down so they wouldn’t scrap the neighboring keys. Overall not the best

I had very specific requirements for my keyboard and they didn't let me down! Everything from the build itself to the communication throughout the process was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service or quality. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.
