Me and my partner have been using oxva devices for a few months now and since then we have had nothing but issues. Mainly the leaking of the pods is shocking. We have tried 2 different devices and it is always the pods that are the main problem. They leak constantly and despite trying different ways of stopping this by taking advice from shops etc the problem persists. We have contacted an OXVA Rep directly who has told us personally that the pods “do not leak if used correctly at the proper wattage. We have tried all these steps and yet again the same persists. Its important to note that we also use the correct vape juice at a 50/50 ratio as they recommend. We have tried reaching out to OXVA directly but it is near impossible as they do not have an office based in the UK. My recommendation is that you stay well clear of OXVA and find a reputable company!! This is what we will be doing in future.

OXVA Xlim Ultra 3 — Pure Marketing Engineering Failure.

I’ve been using the Xlim series for a long time, but the Ultra 3 is a massive step backward. Don't let the "1500mAh" label fool you—it’s a marketing trap.
The Battery Lie:
They claim 1500mAh, but in reality, it performs worse than the Xlim Pro 2 (1300mAh).
• Real-world test: Starting at 8:00 AM at 23W (0.6 Ohm pod) with the SCREEN TURNED OFF, the battery drops to 50% by 10:30 AM.
That is unacceptable for a "pro" or "ultra" device. The power management is either extremely inefficient, or the battery capacity is simply faked.
Design & Build:
• Feel: It feels cheaper than the Pro 2. Too much plastic and a fragile glass front. It’s a fingerprint magnet and feels like a toy rather than a solid tool.
• Usability: 4/10. The touch screen is a gimmick. It’s frustrating to use, and since you have to keep it off to save battery, what’s the point of paying extra for it?
Performance:
The flavor is exactly the same as previous models because it uses the same V3 pods. You are paying a premium price for a fancy screen that kills your battery life.
Verdict: If you need a reliable device that lasts a full day, stay away from the Ultra 3. Stick to the Xlim Pro 2—it’s more comfortable, more durable, and ironically, the battery lasts longer in the real world. This "Ultra" version is just an overpriced mistake.

I'm using my OXVA vape devices now for a long time and I think they are very good! I've purchased a lot of cartridges during the time I've been using them, but the latest ones I've bought started leaking after a very short time. When I contacted OXVA about this problem they kindly replaced the leaking ones by sending me new cartridges. Conclusion: A top brand with a very good customer service!!!

When it comes to quitting this rechet habit of smoking cigarettes, it's almost a NEED to have an enjoyable product to fill the bill for you daily habit. This Company DELIVERS and I'm Honestly Blown away by the company's pure-ness of delivery. Noone is beating them in longevity and Taste combined. So HAPPY that I found them. Love the OXVA v prime, nice and weighted with good strong magnets... if I do have a little gripe it's pretty hard to see juice level... or is it just me and maybe I need to go see an optician lol🌟🎊🥳🤩

Koupila jsem si Vaporizer oxva v České republice,po měsíci přestal fungovat ,poslala jsem ho na reklamaci a oni mi ho vrátili s tím ,že se na to nevztahuje záruka. Kontaktovala jsem tedy přímo oxvu, nezaváhaly a přístroj mi poslali noví ,jsem z jejich reklamací spokojená .

Brought a vape back in May, had it for 3 months then stopped working completly. Got in Touch with the company and after some back and forth they replaced.

Then In December started having problems with the new one causing pods to run out after only 2-3 days of use limited use. I dont vape often.

Tried getting in Contact with Support but they would not listen to my complains and kept asking me to take pictures of the pods. As I've had the issue with 6 Brand new packets of Pods, I don't believe it to be a issue with the pods.

I've given up with the products and will look for a new one that is better quality

I am using oxva since 2 years and i am fully satisfied with flavour output delivery no once stands like oxva flavour delivery and about battery life is amazing and the designs oxva give that is very impressive wish you best of luck oxva for the future.

**update: I already had sent photos documenting the issue. Unfortunately none of their recommendations fixed the issue. At that point, after adequate effort by the customer to document the problem, that’s when a good company will offer to help further, like how about sending me some Nexlim coil heads?

Nevermind the AI verbatim same replies I received, they essentially offered no remedy to my chronic leaking issue. I encountered further problems when using devices (briefly) in cold weather and then returning to a lightly heated space (65-69F). And they failed to provide sufficient remedy again, so yea not pleasant to deal with, and they'll stonewall you with AI replies.

Even when not taken outdoors tho the .8 pods have a very definite predilection for leaking, two in a row now that have chronic leaking issues.

They responded to my inquiry with professionalism and kindness, and the replacement cartridges arrived quickly and without any hassle. The issue was taken seriously, and a helpful solution was provided. That’s exactly how customer service should be.

Great customer service, I had a problem with my device and the customer service team helped me and sent a replacement within 2 weeks

I purchased a vape and it wasn't working properly. Emailed Oxva and after a couple of emails we have a solution. Will update if any issues.

Honestly, this OXVA device feels really premium. The design is clean, it sits nicely in hand, and nothing feels cheap. Smooth flavor, easy to use, and perfect for everyday vaping. Simple but classy

I’ve owned a lot of vapes in the last couple of years but non were even close to the quality of OXVA. Besides the great, long lasting battery, the cartridges are just out of this world - they give amazing flavor for such a long time - I rarely need to buy a new one and even when I do they are easily accessible in any vape shop I come across. They don’t leak, nor have weird short circuit errors like I’ve encountered with my previous device. With the recent cartridge changes in Poland they were among the first ones to release adjusted versions of great quality which shows that they care about their customers and not only about making a quick buck like some other brands. The customer support is great and they truly care and listen to the feedback customers are giving them.

J’utilise une Xlim Pro 2 DNA et j’en suis vraiment ravi. Le design est soigné, l’appareil est pratique au quotidien et le rendu des saveurs est excellent.
