Firstly I would like to say that the taking of my money and delivery were super quick. However, the duvet set I ordered and received didn't match the description advertised on their website. I emailed and got a quick response back basically saying I could return the item but I would have to pay the postage to return. I pointed out that if the item i ordered matched their description then I wouldn't be returning it as such I felt they should send me a pre paid returns label. I received a generic email back basically saying their description was spot on and offered to refund me 10% of what i had spent. I downloaded the pictures off their website and took pictures of what I had actually received still no joy they just want your money I definitely wouldn't recommend this company.

After reading all of the poor reviews, I felt I should review my experience with Oxford Homeware. I ordered 4 satin pillowcases for a Christmas gift. They were a good price and offered free delivery. I have received email updates most days and they arrived within a few days. The pillowcases are good quality and come in a nice box, making them ideal for gifting.
I'm genuinely pleased with my purchases and would recommend this company.

I brought loads of stuff on here before always been good but the rug I’ve just brought it meant to be grey and it’s more like blue not happy

After reading the reviews it was to late as I’d already placed my order on Monday 4th November for a 13.5 tog which was delivered by Royal Mail on Friday the 8th November in the morning . I was stunned at how good the quality of the tog was for the price with free delivery included . I was kept undated with dispatch and delivery so a big thank you guys .

Ordered a duvet set, so far ordered on 10th Setember 2024 taken money from me and no confirmation email received. Instead a welcome email received so doubting at this stage the delivery intentions. Have emailed requesting eta and confirmation of purchase, there is no order number to track as they never sent the confirmation of purchase email that they said would be sent at the time of purchase. Update to follow.

Goods received today, 2 days after placing order and sending emails raising my concerns. The goods arrived from what must be another one of their companies called Kensington Homeware. They originally stated that I had provided an incorrect email address which led to them not sending me confirmation of purchase email, however I did NOT send a wrong email address. Product is of acceptable quality for the price paid however ordered from Oxford Homeware, payment made to and taken by Oxford Homeware, goods received from a different company.

Ordered items in good faith that they would actually look like the picture on the website, sadly they were nowhere near! This is when I read the returns/refund policy, you have to pay for your own returns!! In this day and age when you can return things to China for free, you have to pay £10 to send them to Birmingham! Their customer service is very poor, they offered me £7 to keep the items, I paid £45! So, no, don’t buy anything from them. My next stop is trading standards!

What a scam.

Do not help at all. Have refused to give me a refund for a set of curtains I have never received! I asked them to contact Amazon delivery to be told no, they can only email them. Asked for a refund and he shared stipulation that he can not refund incase Amazon deliver but I have called 2 days in a row to let you know this item has not been delivered!!! I call Amazon as suggested and they told me they can not see my delivery as it is not fulfilled by Amazon.

Customer service hung up on me,,, spoke of me asking me what do I want him to do. He lied and when I told him I had recorded he then said that is not what he meant.

I have email Halifax fraud team to let them know this company is stealing from customers and withholding money. Seems like a company that only care about their pennies and not the service or products.

Do not order anything from this supplier. I bought a rug which was promptly returned and they are refusing to refund my money. I have reminded them that theft is illegal but they said they know but still no refund. I would use profanity if I wasn't a lady.

Do no order from this company, I ordered 2 rugs, I was told the wrong delivery day. Then my order was left outside my front door when I was at work, I live in the city center and my front door is on a public path way its not private at all, my parcel was just left ther and was stolen, I rang this company 4 times and was cut off on the phone. I emailed the company and was ignored endless times. Finally one person's said the company will refund me but then changed ther mind the next day and emailed me to let me no the situation was out of ther hands, Im disappointed and disgusted that iv paid for the items and I will never get them. I contacted yodel the delivery company who said refunds can only be given out if Oxford homeware push ther complaint seen as they were the ones who chose the courier but they will not because they already have ther money and it no longer effects them. Its so wrong, I 2ill be taking legal action against the company

Not good quality no pillowcase with order as on Webb site shows waste of money would not used them again +onbuy

Shocking customer service, I ordered a 2.5 tog sleeping bag when the item came it said 0.5 tog on the label, I emailed them and they claimed it was a 2.5 tog it was an error by the Warehouse, this was not 2.5 tog it was really thin and would not keep my baby warm in the winter. I returned the item (that i paid for) even though it was there mistake and I have still not received a refund 12 days later or an acknowledgement of refund. AWFUL SERVICE - DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. MASSIVE SCAMMERS

Ordered the wrong size of an item. Really responsive customer service and as soon as I sent the tracking number for return I was refunded. Can’t fault.

The most horrendous customer service ever. I asked to return an item incorrectly ordered by myself. They accepted the return no problem. Evri lost the returns. I reported it lost heard nothing back from Evri, called them, nothing...no shock. Go in touch with the seller Oxford Homeware. Point blank refuse to help. Keep sending me to Evri who equally do not help. As I followed their return process they should be liable but they refuse to help, refuse to refund and have taken, infacr stolen my money!

Their customer service is disgusting, they have put all the liability and blame on me. They have accused me of using the wrong courier dispite never stating which one to use or which one not to use. There are no specific couriers listed in their returns policy.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, they are awful! Scammers and cons. They will take your money and run. They do nothing legally or by the books. They ripped me off and left me with no hope of a solution. All over a duvet set! It is pathetic and ridiculous! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 3 pair of curtains costing £123 which I never received. Contacted the company telling them I hadn’t received the curtains and had ring doorbell and cctv proof that they weren’t delivered. First they said they were del sat and then changed it to Sunday, I have recordings of the whole weekend as proof yodel didn’t deliver the parcel, customer service is appalling! Reordered the curtains as they were the only company that had them in stock whilst waiting for a refund. Asked them not to use yodel after the first package went missing and they stated they used various couriers and promised they wouldn’t use yodel, again they used yodel thankfully the 2nd package arrived. They are now refusing to refund £123 for the first package. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Made a purchase of bedsheet in April - alarmed at the quality of the product. Realised that I have to cover the postage for return which I accepted that is the case. However after paying postage for registered mail (where I can see the package being signed) and sending various email, I have been ignored and no sign of refund
