Hi there I had expected the sweatshirt…
Hi there I had expected the sweatshirt we purchased would be sewn not printed coming from the authentic distributor as this is a special present for my partner.
We were recently in England and went through Oxford and expected the sweatshirt to be of the same standard as others we purchased from Cambridge and London.

Huge shipping cost to those that live ouside of the UK
Only has FedEx Internal Prioity as a shipping option outside of the UK - shipping charges are huge using this method

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs
I received an Oxford gift card and tried to use it, but it didn’t work. I called the company, and they told me the card needed to be activated. I asked them to activate it, and they said they would call me back once it was done due to a “system issue.”
Since then, I’ve heard nothing. Their phone number is now out of service, and they are not responding to emails either. This feels like a total scam. Stay away from this company.

I send same email which I send to trucash to sales email as per your request on May 23, 2025. Still no update until May 24, 2025 and whatever phone number on website for support 1-800-624-6171 is out of service from last 10 to 15 days.

the bag is great and there's a cute icon attached to it as well - love it. The only thing is that overseas shipping is quite expensive, so just be aware of this :)
