I have thoroughly enjoyed using this platform for several years, a good range of workouts with motivating instructors. However, today the price of my subscription has more than doubled and is now prohibitively expensive and impossible to justify paying. It was fun while it lasted but this price hike is Very disappointing.

Initially this was a great platform at a really good price. It did what I thought Davina was all about - making fitness inclusive. This meant it was accessible and affordable. Then suddenly the price hiked to £12.99 a month! That's not affordable for many people. Please ensure that your message about making fitness inclusive is aligned with the actual product. Profit should not be the driver here.

I joined during lockdown and enjoyed the workouts until I recieved an email informing me that they were no longer accepting overseas members and that my subscription was not renewable. Very disappointed.

Without any reminders (I checked junk, trash, inbox etc), the yearly subscription charge was taken from my account for a second year. I emailed support the day the charge was still ‘pending’ on my account, but they refused to refund.

I will add to the swathes of negative reviews about cancellation and lack of customer service. This company is in breach of consumer law and is now not responding to my emails. They are a) obligated to send reminder emails which they don’t, and b) obligated to provide a partial refund after cancelling an annual subscription (as soon as I saw the pending transaction). I have cancelled via email, which I have confirmed in writing from them, but now receiving zero response when I point out the above breaches. I raised a transaction issue via. my bank and advise others to do the same, quoting the breaches.
I fully expect that in a years time they will take the money again despite me cancelling, based on the other reviews!

I have been using this platform for almost 5 years. Good variety of workouts that have kept me really fit. Then, out of the blue last month, I could no longer login or access my account. I paid my recurring subscription in April so have had only 2 months worth this year. Like other reviewers, I contacted the company via the support email and have had no response. I’ve now contacted my bank who have put a block on the recurring subscription and are disputing this year’s payment. So disappointing as this has been part of my daily morning routine for years.

Great app! Great trainers and all round a great tool to help me stay my fit and strong self! 💪

Having written a very positive review 2 days ago, I can no longer access my account!
I have had no help from their own supposed help and cannot even change my password because the system does not work.
I updated my subscription and kept my original password which apparently is no longer valid.
I love all the exercises and trainers but the website is flawed. Davina needs to know she is losing her fans and subscribers. I am about to contact my bank to cancel!!

Oh wow. I am reading a lot about how difficult it is to cancel and I have just been charged again for another year so it's not just me!!! I am so disappointed with this.

I thought it was only me that couldn't find how to cancel the subscription.

I like the workouts but the quality is not even worth half of what they charge. Playback of the videos is atrocious and the app is so awful. Any progress is not saved especially if you do multiple challenges.
I'm guessing Davina only put her name to it and never looked at the quality of the product

As with a lot of reviews, I am trying to cancel and there is no way it allows this. I have followed the instructions on the website and no response, so the only option is to cancel the card they have the details stored.
When I could afford this it was a good platform, however with the change in my personal circumstances this is a lot of money when there are a lot of good work outs to follow on-line for free.

Impossible to cancel. Originally I wanted to cancel in August 2024. Despite being able to sign up in the app within a couple of clicks, you can’t cancel there. Can’t cancel on the website either. They send a link but all it allows you to do is change payment cards, not cancel. So you have to email. That’s dodgy practice no 1.

I did that and they emailed back in August 2024 telling me I’d cancelled. Five months later I’ve just had an email saying my subscription will auto-renew in 2days. So dodgy practice no 2 is not cancelling when I asked and they said they would. Such a waste of time and effort and sailing very close to breaching the law.

My experience of this app/website is terrible. I bought a subscription in Dec 23 and then quickly realised that I was not going to use it as the workouts were not great and the user interface was terrible. I couldn't get in contact with a real person but eventually I was told that I couldn't have a refund, but they would cancel the auto-renew option. Fast-forward to Dec 24 and the auto-renew has gone through anyway and they've just taken another year's payment off me. And, the same as last year, I can't seem to get in contact with a real person or get anything sorted. I found the app to be useless, the customer service is terrible and they are now basically stealing money from me. I would advise buying a couple of cheap DVDs from a charity shop rather than risk dealing with this company.

Cancelled my subscription back in October, never received a refund and email confirmation then end of November notied they took a payment of £60. Won't respond to emails requesting my money back. Total scam, stay away. I'm not giving up, I'm going to get my money back!

Never had I exeperienced a company that ignores your request to cancel, then takes £60 even though you cancel!!
Online robbers, with no help from their helpline.

My ‘Own your goals account’ now has a ‘cancel subscription button’ - on the homepage when logged on, I click on the 3 vertical dots on top right of page, then click on ‘account’, then you can click ‘cancel subscription’ button on bottom right of page. However, I have no plans to cancel - it’s been brilliant for me. I work irregular hours from home, and need low impact workouts. From the workout bank I choose the duration and type of workout I want, and intensity level. The menopause section of the site is something I’ve found really useful, as I realised I didn’t have enough weight bearing/resistance workouts. I usually do five 30-minute sessions a week, so its really good value for me.

Beware of OYG Davina. They have just taken £49.99 out of my account at the end of September. I did not sign up for this. I had a free 30 day trial in June, then nothing. I'm trying to get hold of them to get a refund but they are not responding to me.

I’m having the same problem, there is no way to cancel your subscription it says how easy it is to do? There is no online chat there mail address does not exist? Absolute disgrace! And a proper con how bad it is you can’t just simply cancel!

Money taken from my account (27 Aug 24) after I had previously cancelled my subscription back in Nov 23 (& yes I did have the saved email to prove this). Luckily I was able to report to my bank to refund the pending transaction. Had to report my card lost/stolen prior to this but all good now. Not sure if it's lack of management but Davina it is shocking that 30% of the reviews have been written about the same situation!!

Do not use this OWN YOUR GOALS app, it is a scam and will not allow you to cancel the free trial.
