Such an amazing POD provider, fast and kind email responses and you know you are contacted by real people. No problems to make changes to the ordered design.
They take any suggestions seriously and change their products or offers, to satisfy their customers. And that is huge ☺️
The necklaces are so delicate and beautiful, great quality.
I honestly don’t have any complaints ☺️

They are unresponsive during problems which is bringing down our etsy store. Dont recommend. This is on a daily aswell

I am incredibly disappointed with Ownprint. The customer support was bad, the user experience was frustrating, and there were significant delays in shipping. To top it off, they don't ship to all countries as promised. A regrettable experience overall.

I am very happy! Ownprint connects to Shopify easily. If I need more customization, Alex, my supplier relations agent, responds quickly and often surprises me that the customization is possible. The quality of the product is high.

I am working with OWNPRINT for a year now and am super happy that I found them. They helped me building not just a drop shipping business but a real brand with product quality I can rely on. I was looking for a POD supplier that offers jewelry, is based in the EU, offers good product quality and works well with Shopify.
I really searched for a long time for the perfect supplier that offers everything I wanted.
After initial teething problems, which are totally normal when you start with something new, I wasn't disappointed with Ownprint and I'm glad I chose them.
Alex offers fast, solution-oriented support, sometimes responds late in the evening, the products are very nicely engraved and you can ship to almost any country and quickly too.
If you are looking for something negative, you will always find something, but I can only say that I am very satisfied with the team and the service.

Ownprint has worked extremely well for us! I love Alex and the whole team and we have never had any issues with communication. Every problem relating to syncing products and fulfillment has been fixed and their team takes time every day to answer our messages.

Furthermore, their product quality has been overall good and our customers are really happy! We have had amazing feedback from customers about the detailed engravings and fast fulfillment and shipping times.

TLDR: 15+ days and order still hasn't been processed to ship, they also don't reply.

I was so excited when I found them, allegedly fast shipping times, and unique customizable products, say less! On their site it states that processing was extended to 2-4 days in Q4 rather than the 1-3 days, no biggie I get it, the holidays, supply chain issues etc. Around 7 days after I placed my order it still hadn't shipped, so I fill out their "support" form, no answer. After 9 days I find their direct email and ask for an update, no answer. It has now been 15 DAYS and even STILL the order hasn't ever shipped. After so long what do you expect us to tell customers? By now they expected to have item in hand already, yet Ownprint hasn't even shipped it.

Great app. Simple to use, it has step by step instructions videos.

If you are looking for a POD supplier specific for jewelry and your customer base is in the EU, you should consider working with Ownprint.

Really fast shipping times and payment processing is really smooth as well.

I’ve been using own print for a few months now really easy to use and import products to your store. It would be great if you can implement bulk payments and in-app customization
